We have used CHS for several of our remodel and repair jobs. They’ve done beautiful work each and every time. Jay and Jeff listen to our thoughts and come up with the ideal plan of action. They just completed remodeling our worn out shower and we’re thrilled with the result.

They did a great job on two projects for us. We hired them in 2016 to rebuild our back porch, and then hired them again in 2018 to finish our basement. In each case, I was impressed by the quality of their work, professionalism, and price.

Jay and Jeff are so awesome and patient. They walked me through the entire process from start to finish. They provided me with 2D and 3D custom drawings and made changes instantly. They kept me updated with pictures via text and were always available to review over the phone. From the beginning of demo to completion they were in and out in three weeks including the granite vanity top and the custom shower glass. My daughter and I love our new bathroom!

CHS has done many projects for our child care center. A year ago they install Luxury Vinyl Planks or LVP. With all the traffic of over 100 children and parents per day all day, all the lunches and snack and spilt milk, and all the dragging of tables and chairs it looks as good today as it did a year ago.

If you are looking for honest and reliable workmanship then look no further. Cincinnati Home Solutions has been great in the remodel of my kitchen and bathrooms. Jeff helped me choose tiles in my budget that I would not have picked but now I am just thrilled with the choices we decided on. I was able to show off my kitchen for my annual summer party and everyone was asking me who did it! That's when you know they did a good job.

We worked with these people (company) since February to design and build a new open concept kitchen/dining room and laundry room/bath/dog room. The estimate that was submitted via email, on a piece of paper, not on company letterhead, no measuring of our space to be remodeled and the amounts not itemized on the estimate-changed over and over again and caused the budget to be blown. We purchased cabinets and stone from another company due to cost and durability. When we questioned the increases in the estimate the response was, "When you purchase from another source or person you take away from my profit column." So instead of us saving money, he would attempt to recoup those amounts by adding more money to the other items in the estimate. They never came and measured, they "guessed". You can't give an accurate estimate on a guess. Then when it came down to being accurate for purchasing products, the amounts needed were considerably more than what the "estimate" was. If the "estimate" was $53,000 to do the job, but you purchased items from another company, you would think that amount would come off the estimate. But no, they would simply add more to the other items they were going to be doing. When questioned about it, they eventually said he was not interested in working with us anymore.
