OMG! Classic Carpet deserves a reward for doing such an awesome and fantastic job installing our carpet. The interior of our home (bedrooms, living room, dining room, closets, steps) were superbly completed. The salesperson, Diane worked with us until we were totally satisfied with our choice and carpet choice. Barry and Chris were professional and the entire day, answered any questions we had at any time. By the way we interviewed 3 carpet companies as we always do (research). I strongly suggest you choose Classic Carpet only if you want a superb job of carpet choice and installation. THANK YOU Classis Carpet!

I recently had a major flooring project completed in my home by Classic Carpet, and could not be happier with the finished products. This included bamboo flooring in living room, dining room and hall, Carpet in three bedrooms and on stairs, and tile in the master bathroom. Diana, as well as other sales personnel were professional, pleasant and accommodating. Installers were different for each project and most have been associated with this company for long periods of time, and craftsmanship, I think was exceptional. I highly recommend this company!

First of all I would like to say Diane was a pleasure to work with I called on the phone and she was at my house to measure and give me my estimate 3 days later. I wish I could say the install went as well. First, they didn't put a zip tent around the kitchen when they tore up the existing tile with the jackhammer and when I called them on it (I was not home) the installation manager said we would have to ask for this for them to do this. Now I have dust all over my house. Second, they didn't use spacers so none of the grout lines are even. Third, I spent the entire morning after they finished cleaning up the thin-set and grout all over my newly painted walls. The installation manager said I should have called them and he would have the crew come back and clean up after themselves, but I think not. Fourth, they took the door off to my three season room and left it off over night telling me we "lived in a good neighborhood we shouldn't have anything to worry about", not to mention the money pouring out the door, as the 3-season room is not air conditioned. Finally I never got a call to ask me how the project went from anyone at Classic Carpet, not even Diane who was interested in another project for us. I did call them and speak to the installation manager who said he would address these issues with the contractor but that is it, not even an apology. I do not feel like they kept up their end of the bargain. I did get a call recently from Diane my sales person and Mike Rose the President of Classic Carpet who came out to my home and surveyed the project and offered to make it right. While I do not want any of the tiles ripped up and replaced he said if I ever changed my mind he would come back and do it at any time and I believe him. He also was very apologetic regarding my other concerns but they were, as we both agreed, in the past and he would take those up with the installers and the sales people to make sure others did not have the same issues we had. I have changed my rating and would recommend Classic Carpet to others!

Their store, selection, and overall value was impressive. Very happy with Mike's passion and knowledge of FLOORING! My wife and I really appreciated his ideas and look forward to working with him again.

Classic Carpet & Flooring was the best store I have ever purchased flooring from! My experience with them was very pleasant from the moment I walked through their door. I was greeted by Diane Bailey & Debby Koenig, both ladies were very friendly and helpful. Their unsurpassed knowledge for all the different types of flooring helped me make the best choice for my home. The installation went smoothly too. I was contacted by the installation manager, Greg Kelly. He was so friendly and helpful getting everything coordinated. The installers were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and left my home in good condition. A few days after the install I was contacted by Mike Rose to see if I was enjoying my new floor and if I had any questions. Once again Mike was very knowledgeable about answering the questions I had even down to the care and maintenance. I was pleased that he contacted me. I received great customer service from beginning to end with affordable pricing. I have since moved and wished there was a Classic Carpet & Flooring in my area.

Classic Carpet replaced all of the carpet throughout my entire home, the hardwood in my foyer and tiled two of my bathrooms. I had a good experience from start to finish. They were very helpful and accomodating in selecting the materials. Installation can be a huge inconvenience, but the installers were easy to work with and quick. In the end, we were very happy with our new carpet, hardwood and tile. I would use Classic Carpet again.

Classic Carpet and Mike Rose are FANTASTIC! I highly recommend them for any flooring project...carpet, tile, wood floors, refinishing - everything is ALWAYS done to my liking and also with the utmost professionalism. The workers are polite and I never have worried about leaving while they are there. Mike is GREAT - he has wonderful customer service and pricing. I have rocommended Mike and Classic Carpet more times than I can count over the past 10 years to family and friends and they ALWAYS go with Mike instead of the other companies they were considering for their flooring needs.
