Nancy serves all of Hillsborough and Pinellas County, specializing in the South Tampa Market. With over $4,500,000 in sales between Aug 2014-2015, she will use her knowledge and skill to ensure a smooth and successful home buying and/or selling experience. She is a veteran who has spent over 25 years in Tampa Bay. She loves the city she calls home and will put her vast knowledge of the area to work to help you buy or sell your home. Nancy believes in PAYING IT FORWARD in the local community and will donate a portion of her net commission at closing to charitable causes throughout Tampa Bay*. 6 months shy of being a FL native, Nancy spent her adolescence in Tampa Bay. After graduating from Admiral Farragut Academy, Nancy was awarded a Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps Scholarship and attended Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Upon graduation, Nancy was commissioned as a United States Naval Supply Corps Officer and served on-board CG-72 USS Vella Gulf in Norfolk, Virginia and ashore at Defense Finance and Accounting Service Pacific in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. After completion of her naval career, Nancy returned to Tampa Bay where she continued to support the Department of Defense as a Logistician for Special Operations Command and as a Logistics Manager for a local shipbuilder. Nancy is married with 2 little girls. She is proud to call South Tampa home and enjoys all the area has to offer including: standup paddle boarding, supporting the arts, working out at Orange Theory Fitness, eating Trader Joe's cookie butter sandwiches, and cheering for the Blue Dragons Dragon Boat Team.
