Booths Cobblestones

Had a frustrating experience. There seems to be very poor communication between the sales agent and the work teams. The work crew initially showed up 2 days early with no notice. They started to install the walkway, but didn't have the plan. Had to ask them to stop. Then took a couple of weeks and about 4 more visits to get the project completed (for a 1/2 day job). The work team would show up and leave with no notice. Never asked before they left if they had it right. During this process the sales agent/coordinator went on vacation without notifying us. So went days with no response to phone/email before we finally contacted the owner. There were still some minor details that were not addressed that we accepted rather than deal with more frustration.

Fantastic company to collaborate with! We supplied the travertine pavers for the driveway and Booths Cobblestones team did an amazing job working with the details and execution of the work!

Great work; Chicago Brick driveway and sidewalk look excellent. I have received several compliments from neighbors since it was installed.

I worked with Booth Cobblestones in the Spring of 2012. I had a combination of pavers and travertine added to my driveway and new walkways surrounding my home. The travertine (especially after sealing) is perfect with no complaints. The overall finished project looks good, but there were some poor quality pavers (scratched and looked like discarded materials) added to a 10-15 ft portion of my walkway which should have been completely replaced with the standard of the rest of the new pavers (roughly 20 pavers). After four months of Booth's Installers attempting to clean the substandard pavers, Booth installers replaced a few and moved around the other pavers (fifteen or so) to blend the substandard pavers with the rest of the hardscape. Based on this particular experience with Booth's of not providing consistently high-quality pavers throughout the entire hardscape and the amount of time and energy spent on amending the complaint, I would not use them again.
