The process was what we wanted. The CMK employees shined over their subcontractors. Rebecca in the design center was a treasure. She alone earned a star!!!

I used CMK Construction to re-do my second bathroom because of the great job they did on my master bath. I asked them to do the job in 4 weeks & they agreed - and they kept their word & finished in 4 weeks. The guest bath almost surpasses the master bath!! The porcelain tile I used on the walls is 24 x 48!!! I had the best tile installer I've ever seen! He matched the pattern (marble) perfectly so it just flows. I get so many compliments on this beautiful bathroom and the "water fall" on the counter looks so elegant!. Now the bathroom flows and works perfectly!! Thanks CMK and project manager, Dave, for the great job!

CMK Construction just finished a complete tear-out and remodel of my master bathroom, and it is amazing! The project has been wonderful from beginning to end. CMK hires only the Best of the Best, including their own employees and subcontractors. They are respectful of my home, keeping the construction area as neat and clean as possible. The key to the project's success was Project Manager David Powell, who made sure that only the best plumbers, electricians, tile setters and installers did the work - and were licensed and insured - and that all county permits and inspections were completed in full and on time. Designer Khalid Jabbar kept me from making some serious mistakes and ordered only the finest materials. David saw that they were installed correctly and to my complete satisfaction. I expected the project to take eight weeks, but, thanks to David's supervision and scheduling, it came in at seven. You may save some money subcontracting such a project yourself, but you will save your sanity and make sure that everything is done right from the ground up by going with CMK.

This company has it all . From the moment Paul salesmen walked into my home we knew we made the right choice choosing this company . When you meet your project manager he will give you a list of your points of contact , names and numbers of your field team . The staff will always show up on time and is ready for full day of work . Each day the team will clean up after themselves daily . This company is diligent . These guys are great! Every detail from beginning to end. Paul with CMK Construction met us twice to pick the correct stone to use in our kitchen. He was very patient as we were between several granite slabs. Within a couple of weeks the installers came and they did an excellent job. They took their time and made sure the job was perfect. The pricing was incredible. I will gladly recommend CMK to all my friends for complete kitchen and bath remodels.5 Stars all the way! Great Job!!!

I had worked with Derrick on a previous project for my home a few years back and had an excellent result so I went right back. Derrick and I worked through all the details over and over. I know I had to have driven him up the wall. We even got down to the brand of electrical sockets and switches. Never did he seem irritated or upset. His main priority and what he had stressed each and everyday til the end was I need to be happy and that's what he wants to make sure I am. Throughout the project I made a lot and I mean A LOT of changes. They weren't changes like oh this is what we are going to do next. It was changes after the fact they had completed a part of the remodel. Yet not once he or his people were upset. They always found solutions and got it right. Eric their project manager did beyond all imagined dealing with me and my OCD and craziness. He probably got the brunt of the OCD and some of the nonsense but he never lost his cool or made it seem like I was doing anything out of the ordinary. Eric made sure every little nuance was completed and even with me being a royal pain in the ass about the littlest of things he got it done. I am beyond happy and absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my new master suite. I will definitely be hiring CMK for my next project which actually will be starting shortly ! Great crew and team and highly recommend them. Included are the pictures of the bathroom. Huge transformation and cannot thank CMK, Derrick, Eric and the team enough for everything turning out as amazing as it did !! HIRE THESE guys GREAT work !!! And very patient especially with pain in the ass people like me that constantly change their mind and redo the plan over and over. Thank you !!

We contracted wit CMK to do a bathroom remodel. It took about a month of calling them to get the work started. They made a mess of our house during the demo because thed did not isolate the area. They made multiple errors with doing things out of order requiring dry wall to be uninstalled and reinstalled then patch when the needed to move the medicine cabinet tgrst was placed too low to clear the faucet. Failed two plumbing inspections. They had to reopen a wall after a worker pushed a pipe back into the wall. They broke the medicine cabinet mirror ($250) that we supplied, damaged the tub, we supplied and scratched the marble floor we supplied. The were paid over $10,000 and we supplied everything except the wall board. After 6 months they had not completed the work and abandoned the project. We are now 8 months without this bathroom snd niw trying to find a contractor that can repair the poor quality work and finish the job. Hire them at your own rist.

We highly recommend CMK Construction Inc! This was our first kitchen remodel. Our sales consultant Bill made us feel comfortable with the process, walking us through all of the steps, going with us to pick out tiles and sinks, making themselves available at any time and through several methods of contact (phone, email, text). It was a no-brainer decision for us to go with CMK. In terms of the actual work, they hit a problem that required the work to last a couple of days longer. This was something they could not have foreseen. My view is, this is construction work, unexpected things might happen. What I cared more about was how they handled it - couldn't have handled the issue any better. They explained the issues and were very attentive. Importantly, they kept the budget we had agreed upon. Our kitchen looks great; we are very happy with the final results and enjoyed working with the whole CMK team. We would not hesitate to call on them again for future work.
