I've worked with Cliff on many projects over the last 18 years. He is truly a gifted architect and a pleasure to work with.

This is a very professional team of people. They are very responsive. They listened to our thoughts for the project. The drawings were extremely complete and easy to understand. We are still in the early stages of our project and they have been a pleasure to work with.

Our CMSA relationship started with a 75 year old dilapidated pie-shaped waterfront property requiring demolition. Throw in seawall removal/rebuild, dock variance, dock removal/rebuild.....this project had every possible nuance and was not for the faint of heart from an architectural challenge perspective. Cliff and his CMSA team started with a white sheet of paper. The odd shaped lot literally disappeared through the use of multiple unique roof lines which resulted in a stunning shape of the home and roof that looks like a piece of art. The attention to detail throughout the home is second to none. Cliff is a "ceiling guy" so every room ceiling is prettier than the next. The most common visitor comment when visiting this rather large home is "it doesn't feel big...it feels so warm". I also hired CMSA/Cliff for project administration. Having CMSA in the same foxhole as me throughout the project provided a strong piece of mind to the Owner. Knowing CMSA was a short ride away and would be on site at a moments notice as the Owner advocate was worth it's weight in gold. An A+ on project administration. Over the years, I've had three large residential construction projects and numerous commercial projects. By far and away CMSA was my best partner of any prior experiences. We couldn't be happier with the CMSA design, project administration and owner advocacy role. I wish Houzz had a 10 STAR rating since CMSA deserves a "10".

We've worked with Cliff and CMSA for over 27 years on countless projects including two of his own homes and cannot say enough about him and his teams ability aesthetics and willingness to get it right. His designs are inspired and true to architectural roots. It is without hesitation that I would recommend working with Cliff and CMSA
