READ ENTIRE REVIEW BEFORE CONCIDERING Wood Windows!! Wood Windows Inc. is a company that I would NOT recommend to anyone based on my experience with them. The installation process of all of the doors and windows that I purchased from them took an excessive amount of time, from January 2021 to January 2022, due to multiple errors made by Wood Windows employees and its affiliates. The installation process was filled with mistakes and issues. The windows were not properly trimmed on the exterior, the laundry room door was installed backwards, the front door was not what I ordered and resulted in 4+ installations and corrections, the hardware was not what we chose and had to be replaced due to all the damages, the interior trim was cut 1/2" short BUT still installed, the garage door was damaged because it hit the frame and still rubs on the hinge side of the frame. I was told that the windows would not require an exterior trim but was informed otherwise after the windows were partially installed. The agreement was changed multiple times with no documentation revisions, and the hardware on all three doors was damaged during the installation process. I had to open my home multiple times for Wood Windows to complete the work or correct their mistakes, which was inconvenient and excessive. I was living in the house the entire time and had to deal with the issues and inconvenience caused by Wood Windows' poor installation process. I had previously replaced all the windows and doors in my previous home and never had to have the installer come back for adjustments or corrections, but my experience with Wood Windows has been completely different. The windows that they installed have already been adjusted twice, and one window still does not open, which is unacceptable. When Wood Windows sent the final invoice we requested all the corrections be made prior to final payment. Michael did not respond for two full weeks then threatened to get lawyers involved if we didn't pay, we requested a discount due to excessive issues, damages, and the drawn out installation, and we were contacted by Wood Windows lawyer. We settled for a minute discount. We would not recommend Wood Windows for any installation and will tell anyone to stay clear.

We got new Anderson windows through Wood Windows in Boise. Several leak whenever it rains hard. They came out several times and assured us these windows “ never leak”. Well they do. We deal with leaks and have no recourse through wood windows or Anderson. A huge amount of money wasted here

They were very easy and pleasant to work with. Troy Stone was great. He was available to answer any questions we had and is a great guy. From the office staff to the installation crew they were all great. I highly recommend having Wood Windows install your new windows.

Wood Windows recently installed a new French style door at my residence. Felipe and Scott arrived on time and worked diligently all day to remove the old door and install the new one. It looks great and was well worth the price. I wouldn’t use anyone else for doors or windows (or the sun tunnel they put in last year). Thanks also to Troy for making it all happen.

I have contracted with Wood Windows on two occasions (New Patio Door/Skylights - 2017/2018) I have always worked with Troy (Sales Representative) and his installation crews. They are uniformly and consistently reliable, prompt, courteous, funny, and informative. I note that Wood Windows retains it's employees which is always a positive statement.

The folks at Wood Windows did an excellent job from beginning to end. The sales person helped us determine to correct windows for our house & the installers were very professional & efficient. They made sure that the windows were insulted properly & everything cleaned up prior to them leaving. Great company to work with!!! Steve Drabek

We selected Wood Windows into install all of the windows and Velux skylights in our brand new custom home. What an excellent decision! They understood our interest in passive energy conservation and worked with us to select state of the art Anderson Windows with different properties (ex - heat retaining, or cold blocking) for each side of our home based on the impact of sun and shadow. They also helped site the skylights for maximum solar chimney cooling effect. The Windows and skylights are all fantastic. When Anderson messed up and sent two large windows with the wrong grille pattern, our WW consultant, Troy, stayed on their case for six months until they finally sent the correct replacement Windows. Installation of every window was flawless and Troy made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Later we purchased our screen/storm doors from Wood Windows. Pricey, yes, but what fantastic doors! The panache and quality and energy savings can't be beat. And Troy took care of us again. Old fashioned service at its best, and superior products, too! I would recommend WW to everyone.

We had Wood Windows in 2016, replace our original 2002 construction installed Master Bedroom Bath Block Glass that was leaking above our bathtub. They helped us to design a double pane replacement that included a 12" sliding window at the very top for ventilation. Just before July 4th, 2017, we discovered the bottom exterior pane completely shattered, but still inside the frame. Since we could not determine how it became shattered, we sent an email with photos to Wood Windows. Since the window was an Andersen Window, they called the factory and explained our situation. The Andersen Factory agreed to ship a replacement to Wood Windows free of charge. Within a few weeks, Wood Windows then scheduled an appointment with us and they performed the complete removal and replacement of the shattered exterior glass AND the interior glass pane as well. AND, labor & material FREE of Charge! You cannot ask for better customer service! Thank you Wood Windows!

We recently had 12 windows on a 2 story house. We got several quotes and Wood Windows Inc was not the low quote but Connell explained in detail how things would be done and what he would need from me to help make for a great replacement job. Prior to ordering I was introduced to the lead carpenter assigned to our house and given an estimated timeline on everything. The crew was here on the scheduled date and expertly completed the job on time. No damage to plants, floor, furniture or anything. Very professional from quote to finish. Next year we will do a few more and a patio door! Thank you

Wood Windows, Inc. provided great customer service. Connell came out the day I called him to give us a bid and talk through our options. He answered our calls and responded to follow up questions promptly. Most importantly, he showed he cared about our business and wanted us to be happy with the work. He included some nice upgrades for us and the windows look beautiful! His staff did a great job with installation as well. They were kind, respectful, and worked efficiently. Our home had all wood windows, and when we initially looked at replacing them, we thought we weren't going to be able to afford to replace them with wood and would have to switch to vinyl. Wood Windows Inc. gave us a great wood option at an affordable price. We were so happy that we got to keep the same wood look and feel in our house. In addition to installing the windows, they also installed new trim around the windows (which is their common practice). We chose a craftsman style trim, which greatly updated the look and feel of our 80s home. It almost feels like we are in a new home and we are very happy with the work!

We bought from Wood Windows for our new home 3+ years ago in May 2013. Have never had an issues with the windows. Fair price and no headaches afterwards is priceless.
