I immediately returned your call and even came over to inspect the damage that was caused by the oven. I ordered the paint that would be needed and still have it. I explained that we were making some changes with employees, and to be patient with us because it's hard to squeeze in an hour job when doing 1 job per week. To do your repair, as I told you when I came out, that it would take 2 trips because you have glazing. It's almost impossible as you know from when we did your job. The guys get there at 8:30 and don't leave until at least 4:30 to get back to shop to go home at 5. We run tight schedules and we have to work it in on a slow day or when they have time to "drop" by. I'm usually out all day either working with the guys or giving estimates and I got frustrated after you called every day for a week then demanded we show up. You then called to let me know that someone else would take care of it. I'm sorry I didn't call you back every day but until I could figure out how and when to get over there, there wasn't much I could say. I'm really glad you were able to find someone to do the repairs and again, I'm very sorry we weren't able to help you out this time.
