Corrie and her team are awesome! They really helped make selling your home a positive experience and gave us new ideas on how to stage it! We loved them so much, we hired them for our design needs in our new home. Corrie was able to truly understand what we wanted, narrow down the list, and stick to our budget. I have worked with Corrie and her team on both a professional and personal level. Initially, my husband and I were in the market for a new home and we saw a house that was staged by Set 2 Sell. We wanted the home AND the furniture. Unfortunately, the home did not work out and we didn't move forward with the purchase. (I was more upset over the loss of the potential furniture- it was so beautiful!) My mind was made up from there that when we did find a house I wanted Set 2 Sell to help with our decor. Fast forward a year, the company I worked for needed to stage a model unit so naturally, I called Corrie and she swooped in and saved the day for a 96 unit apartment project we were doing- she helped with the model unit décor AND the selections for common areas and unit finishes. Now, fast forward one more year, and we found our dream home, Corrie and her Set 2 Sell team worked meticulously to find some beautiful pieces for our dining room, family room, and living room. We expect our furniture to be delivered this week. Modern and tasteful- fresh. SHE knew more what we wanted, more than WE knew what we wanted- highly recommend. I have included some selection photos. As absentee landlords selling an empty house, we finally hired Set2Sell a few months into the project . . . and should have done this sooner. Corrie listens but guides you to a professional, polished end result. Very open communication, flexible, with complete trustworthiness and delivery when/as promised. An immense improvement in appearance of the house to buyers, and I have no doubt this facilitated the sale. It is my belief that - had we enlisted Set2Sell sooner - we would have had an additional resource for tackling some repair projects that, on our own, became problematic with contractors. Corrie Taylor is the exception to the rule. She is on time and her expertise supports her ability to provide rapid-fire responses to questions. Her judgement is rock-solid and she stands prepared to let me know when I am going off track, saving us thousands of dollars in her first walk-through. She is very thoughtful and thorough in her work, a lovely human being whose priority is to prepare your home for sale, something that requires decorating skills and tact. As a contracting company we get lots of requests fro our services of reglazing bathtubs and tiles. We have worked with Cory for the past years and it has always been a pleasure, she operates her company like we do ours, clients needs first, and that to us speaks volumes.
