CP Construction & Investment

This review is long overdue but absolutely worth me taking the time to do and do properly. I hired Juan and his team at CP Construction after interviewing so many other GC's and construction companies in the area. I ended up hiring them because they felt honest, knowledgable and were really creative. I'm a little bit crazy and have big ideas and none of them seemed to scare Juan and his team, so I knew they were not only right for the job, but right for me. So, they handled a full renovation of my 1923 Spanish style single family home in the Shenandoah area of Miami. Which by the way, broke the record for the most expensive home sold in the history of Shenandoah. I can sit here all day and talk about the work. Their work is incredible. No one else is better. No one cares as much as these guys. That's a fact. The quality and the effort that these guys put into their job is beyond anything you could imagine. If you know the Miami construction scene at all, you know that it is VERY difficult to find a team that is reliable and talented. These guys are BOTH. I literally feel like they are my family because they put up with so much of my craziness during what was the biggest renovation that I have ever took part in. They were patient and just wanted to get it done and get it done right. I appreciate that. If you are looking to do any project in your home, big or small, I would 100% recommend this team. They are incredible and absolutely the best in Miami. Juan is amazing. Jorge is amazing! I love those guys!

CP Construction is a great company! Their work is always done on time and they pay attention to detail. I have been doing business with them for over six years. There is never a job they can't do. Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, lighting, demolition, etc.... Communication with your contractor is key to having a beautiful project. I am extremely happy with CP Construction and will continue to use them on all my future projects.

Great Company? The Cortes brothers are great guys, very profesional, timely work and specially within the original budget. I've given them two projects, one at the Four Seasons and the other at Paramount Bay and I was very pleased with the results. Look forward to work with them again!
