Creation 7 recently completed a remodel of our kitchen and family room, an update to our living and dining room and a remodel of our backyard. Everything turned out better than expected and the team at Creation 7 was a pleasure to work with. Yaniv and team take pride in their work and want to ensure that you are satisfied. We had a complex installation of a window/door unit. Yaniv and team took great care, before any demo started, to make sure that it would work structurally, operate as anticipated and look great (and it does!). And, also, super important, the project was delivered on time with quality results. Overall, we had a very positive remodeling experience and we are thoroughly enjoying our new space.

The project was a complete kitchen teardown and remodel, plus an outside deck off the kitchen. Everything went very smoothly, and any hiccups were taken care of immediately. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. A lot of pieces need to fit together in the end to pull off a nice result, and Yaniv and crew did not overlook anything. I highly recommend Creation 7 for your project. I am completely happy with the results. My standard of living has gone up substantially!

Our kitchen remodeling is not a small project, but it is completed in the promised schedule. We felt the estimate of the cost was reasonable in the beginning and there is no unexpected expenses at the end. We are happy with the team which Creation 7 put together. We were impressed with their presentation, where they gave a detailed execution procedure with their partners. During the process, we have made some last minute changes to the design. Some hardware we ordered experienced delays. There were no complaints from the team. They tried every effort to accommodate the unexpected interruptions. So, as long as you know what you want, they will turn into a high quality work. Toward the end, we are still waiting for a couple of hardware to arrive. They promised that they will come to install the hardware when it arrives. We are happy to have their continuing support and able to start enjoying our beautiful new kitchen now. Review We worked with Creation 7 for our house/kitchen renovation and they were excellent! This was our first major renovation and from start to finish, they made this a very smooth process. Our project manager, Yaniv Taragano, was easy to work with. His open communication style and making sure everyone was on the same page was reassuring. I love showing off my new space! I cannot recommend Creation 7 and Luis Fabian enough for their excellent work on my kitchen and bathroom renovation. We had the pleasure of working with Creation 7 and Yaniv, our project manager. Our project was a large-scale remodel of a 4000+ sf house, that transformed an uninspired, outdated, and dark interior to a modern, light-filled interior. As an architect-owner with much design time and emotion, as well as money invested in the project, I probably rank pretty high on the fastidious scale of clients. Yaniv was conscientious about following up with any concerns I had on work in progress. We worked through the challenging pieces of my project with tight dimensional tolerances and unusual details including large scale pivot doors, blind doors, skylight wells with complex geometries, flush invisible baseboards, stepped reveal between wall and stairs, and others. This care was taken while sticking to the construction schedule, and allowing us to move in on-schedule (which also allowed us to move out of our previous house and to sell it). We hired Creation 7 for our Kitchen remodel and could not be happier with the result! Our project manager Yaniv and foreman Jose made the process extremely smooth and we felt well supported the entire time. We had initially hired C7 to work on our kitchen in April 2020 but decided to put the project on hold during Covid. Yaniv was extremely thoughtful and followed up with us to see when we would be ready to restart. After having some time pass, we ended up making a few layout changes to our initial design & they were very accommodating. All throughout the project, Yaniv was very communicative and always asked for confirmation and our point of view before making any decisions. We felt very involved and knew that the team had an exceptional attention to detail, which resulted in an incredible finished product. We encountered some delays due to materials being backordered, but Creation 7 was always on schedule with everything within their control. We will absolutely consider using them again for any future renovations and remodels and highly recommend them!

Creation 7 Project Review 03/16/2022 Creation 7 did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen including all new appliances, flooring, cabinets, countertops, sheetrock, lighting, painting and associated plumbing and electrical work. The Creation 7 Project Manager, Yaniv, provided a clear and thorough written proposal with a milestone payment schedule which helped us understand what their scope of work included and what was the owner’s responsibility (kitchen design and procurement of appliances, flooring, cabinets, countertops, tile and lighting). Yaniv was on-site several times a week to check on progress and to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Yaniv had the necessary knowledge and experience to review the construction work, provide recommendations and insure a quality product. Yaniv also provided advice on material procurement. Yaniv was easy to contact, very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The Creation 7 construction crew was experienced and did quality work (these guys were great!). The construction crew varied in size from 2 – 4 workers with a working Supervisor who was on-site every day. The project took about 10 weeks and crew worked Monday through Saturday from 8 – 5 which was fantastic. Creation 7 used a simple on-line billing system to managed progress payments and their office staff was easy to communicate and work with. I highly recommend Creation 7 for your home remodel project.

We highly recommend Creation7 for your build/design needs. We hired Creation7 for our recently completed kitchen remodel. Yaniv Taragano, the Senior Project Manager, assigned to us, was excellent. His level of customer service was superb by being readily available via text or phone, answering questions, apprising us of plans and timelines, and being a great problem solver with recommendations and suggestions. The foreman and his team were very professional and did quality work. Rene (the foreman) is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction. He and his team were on time and extremely courteous, and respectful of working in our home. They completed the remodel in 10 weeks, exactly the time frame Yaniv had set for us at the onset of the job. Creation 7 was absolutely fantastic to work with for our addition and remodel project. They were not only our builders for the project, but they also did our design. Eyal and his team had an incredible eye for the architectural design of the build as well as an impeccable attention to detail. Weekly walkthroughs kept us apprised of the steps and progress throughout the project. Our project with Creation 7 included a 2 story addition to our home to add a bedroom, bathroom, closets, pantry and kitchen expansion and remodel as well as a relocation of our laundry room. We also expanded entryways, relocated windows, added new doors and paint throughout. Time was a big factor for our project and creation 7 stayed within their projected time frame, which is almost unheard of with construction projects, especially with pandemic delays. They had no trouble finding materials for the job, and as a company they were very prepared and knowledgeable of the current inflation and access to building materials. Our foreman on the job was Renee. He was very personable, knowledgeable and had high standards when it came to his building expertise. He and his wonderful crew were respectful with our home and extremely hard workers. Renee and Eyal’s transparency throughout the project was very appreciated. We had very few change orders that came up, and if one did it was discussed and understood thoroughly before work was done. The completed project is more then anything I could have dreamed of. Creation 7 has truly designed and built our dream home and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The final day of the project was bitter sweet because we miss seeing everyone every day. They truly treated us like family and for that we are grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend Creation 7, Eyal, and his team to anyone looking for work on their home. Their attention to detail, access to building materials, transparency and completion time is beyond 5 stars.

We had the pleasure of working with Cameron (project manager) and Mario (foreman) on our addition, hardscape, and kitchen renovation over the last 4 months. It really was a pleasure as Creation 7 has done an excellent job with attracting high quality, friendly and conscientious construction workers that have an eye for details. Creation 7's construction work may only come second to their project management. The scheduling and sheer volume of work being completed on a weekly basis would make an average contractor's head spin, but it appears to be just business as usual for this company. As for the details, it was an ~400 sq ft addition (2 bd, 1 bth, 1 laundry room), with walls being knocked down for a ~200 sqft kitchen remodel and a new ~200 sqft deck with multiple La Cantina doors. All of that within 4 months and for a price right in the middle of the quotes we received from other contractors. I would highly recommend them for any construction or remodel project you do and we will absolutely be using them for a bathroom remodel and bedroom expansion in the years to come.

We had talked to many, many, many contractors about our project over the years before starting it. The minute that we met with Yaniv, I knew we had found a great contractor. He listened to us, pointed out potential problems that no other contractor had done before we even started the job, met us at our budget, and gave us an amazingly fast timeline. We started our addition during the shutdown, and had to put our project on hold. Yaniv was understanding, and patient with that process. Once work restarted, his crew was respectful of our space and worked safely the entire time. Yaniv was always looking ahead to the next steps, and keeping us updated every day. As with any major project, there are always going to be unforeseen things that come up. Anytime we had a concern/issue, Yaniv and his team addressed our concerns and/or fixed the issue until we were completely satisfied. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we ever decide to do work like this again!

When we decided to remodel our kitchen I interviewed five contractors, all highly recommended. Yaniv, from Creation 7, was the only contractor who asked me what budget limit I had in mind and said he would try to build a plan that would fall within that limit. I was impressed and Creation 7 was hired. Yaniv brought in a hardworking, talented crew of professionals who were dedicated to our project from start to finish. One of our requirements was to raise the ceiling in the kitchen. When the old ceiling was demolished, a mess of substandard wiring was revealed. Our project lead politely suggested we rewire the kitchen, not part of our original scope. I'm so glad we did! Other issues were quickly dealt with as they came up. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and attention to detail on this project. The cabinets, new ceiling, lighting, new floors, tile work, quartzite counters - everything is beautiful and expertly done. We enjoyed working with Yaniv and the Creation 7 crew. They were respectful, neat, responsible, and had good suggestions for improvements. Yaniv was here nearly every day and very responsive. He was easy to reach and a clear communicator. Creation 7 has done a wonderful job renovating the 3 bathrooms in our home in Bellevue! From start to finish the experience with this team was great. The owner, Eyal, has made sure we were happy every step of the way during the project. They completely gutted and renovated our master bath with all new finishes. Our other two bathrooms got a facelift as well with new tiling and vanities. Their design, communication and execution are unmatched and we are beyond thrilled with the end result!

My wife and I had a great experience with Creation 7. I am someone who does very high standards and performs lot of research. We received multiple bids from a variety of contractors for our job and Creation 7 provided a very reasonable bid for a large-scale kitchen remodel. The entire experience was great. Yaniv and his crew were organized, professional and ultimately delivered a high quality product. In addition to delivering a beautiful kitchen, they finished 2 weeks ahead of schedule which is unheard of! It was the little things that made it such a pleasant experience - double-sealing the work space from our house so there was minimal dust in our house while we were living there, cleaning up after themselves each day, communicating progress and timeline etc. My wife was pregnant during the project and they were extra respectful (given the era of covid) and wore masks while they were onsite. My husband and I chose Creation 7 to remodel/renovate our kitchen, open up the living area, redo the master bath, and create a brand new basement space with two bedrooms and a new bath. It looks GORGEOUS and we are so happy with our choice. We talked with several contractors/design build firms before finally deciding on Yaniv at Creation 7. As first-time homeowners, we had no idea what the process was like. We had a bit of a frustratingly slow start getting plans from our architect (a different company) but once we finally got the final plans to Yaniv and Creation 7, things moved SO FAST. His team was respectful of our home (we lived elsewhere) and hard-working (some were even there on Christmas Day which was really above and beyond!). When we did have problems or concerns (e.g., bath tile placement, countertop slab measurements) he remedied them until we were satisfied or credited the cost against future work. He is so easy to talk to and made the process (which was full of headaches and surprises that weren’t their fault) clear and, dare we say, enjoyable? He was clear when change orders were going to be necessary (e.g., when they discovered that the foundation was crumbling) and was very transparent about costs. He was incredibly patient with us when we requested new little projects here and there (e.g., opening up the attic space, refinishing the floors) and was always immediately accessible when we had questions or needed to talk to him. We would absolutely use Creation 7 for any future projects and have already recommended them to friends!

We had the pleasure of working with Creation 7 on our kitchen remodel. We loved working with Cameron, our Project Manager. From the beginning, Cameron was extremely easy to work with and was very organized. He clearly laid out the project plan and communicated with us daily on status of project and any dependencies where he needed our input. He is one of the main reasons we had such a good experience with Creation 7. One of the things we value most about the Creation 7 team is they committed to a timeline up front and delivered on it. We've heard many stories where projects get delayed for various reasons, but the Creation 7 team was able to meet the original deadline. This was extremely important in us choosing Creation 7. Another thing we really appreciate about the team is their flexibility. They consistently were able to work with us as the project was in-flight and was able to adapt and pivot regardless of circumstance. The team worked very hard and was very productive each day and we were able to communicate our requirements and needs in real-time and the team was able to accommodate them to the best of their ability. I honestly don't know where to start with Creation 7. We are so happy to have gone with them for our Kitchen/Great Room remodel. This also included a laundry room addition, backyard deck and beautiful sliding doors that open up the space for indoor/outdoor entertaining. The wonderfully upbeat energy that our project manager, Cameron, exudes has really been a plus during this extensive project along with his keen eye for detail. Having him on our side while keeping our ideas, expectations and changes organized, along with keeping everyone on track, has been more than I could ever ask for. He always found solutions to things that came up during our remodel and their communication with us has been nothing but flawless. He always kept us in the loop, double checking our needs, and asking our opinions. Not only do they do amazing work but you feel heard throughout the entire project. Eyal, the owner, made sure that we were happy with the end product and checked on quality control regularly. I chose this company because their photos had a lot of modern, contemporary designs, which is what we were looking for. They removed walls, added new beams and framed a new sloped ceiling reaching 12 feet! They covered an old brick fireplace with quartz slabs. They fabricated the marble island in a waterfall design along with a marble backsplash to the ceiling over the cooktop. They really can do it all. As we near the end of our project it appears that we will be done before the completion date we were given! They stand by their word and have wonderful, positive energy from start to finish! I will recommend them to all my friends, family and neighbors. They also have an adorable mascot puppy they may let you borrow for a walk!!

I recently searched for a contractor to remodel various rooms in my home in Lafayette, California. After interviewing several contractors, my cousins in Walnut Creek recommended Avi Matalon, RMO of Creation 7. They had Avi rebuild a guest house on their property which had been demolished by a large fallen Oak Tree. After seeing Avi’s work and meeting with him, I hired him immediately. Avi and his team worked professionally, were most respectful of my home and did an outstanding job on my project. As construction projects go, we ran in to various issues throughout the job, such as Asbestos, which required professional abatement, an issue on the other side of our home completely unrelated, needing immediate attention due to the rain, and the ability to obtain siding which was no longer made. Avi was able to deal with and take care of all issues that came up during the remodel without incident. Avi always put me first in terms of ensuring I was kept informed and was comfortable with the work being done. He remained proactive throughout the project and visited my home some weeks daily to ensure all was going to perfection. He always remains calm, professional and has the most incredible demeanor of anyone I have ever worked with on a business level. I HIGHLY recommend Avi and his company for your remodel needs. Again, as issues come up, Avi is the man you want for your home remodel project.

We hired Creation 7 to build our home office + gym. They were right on time. Job was done while environment always clean and neat. Didn't feel anyone even working around the house. Project was completed within the agreed budget and timeline. Place was left clean like no one has even been here. Couldn't ask for more. Would recommend to my best friends. Review of Creation7 Summary Quality of work: 7/10 Cost of project: 7/10 Judgment/Communication: 4/10 Customer appreciation: 8/10 Ability to complete work on scheduled time: No Overall score: 7/10 Cost of Project (7/10) We hired Creation7 for a complete remodel of our house after reviewing 5 other contractors. The job process included a full kitchen demo and remodel, a master bath demo and remodel, the entire floor of the house demoed and remodeled, new windows and updated half bath. We hired them based on prior reviews, their quality of past work and the peace of mind we felt from their more simplistic pay structure. In other words, payment is straightforward and required after a given step is completed in the job process. We were pretty appalled to learn some contractors ask for half of the payment on day one! Our experience was good, but not as memorable as we had hoped or others have written about in prior reviews. Let me explain: Judgment/Communication (4/10) Many of the challenges and issues we encountered were the result of a very poor decision by Creation7 to hire a brand new general contractor and his team and place the management oversight of that general contractor into the hands of a brand new manager on his team. This manager at Creation7 had no prior work experience on the job. The end result was that the general contractor ended up being fired halfway through the project, but everything that team touched had to be redone or touched up a second time. Creation7 also didn’t have a dedicated team to replace this GC, which resulted in more lost time and much frustration from both parties. One of the larger frustrations we had was that when job items clearly weren’t completed or needed to be fixed, we felt we were nearly always the ones pointing out the needed updates rather than the managers at Creation7. Quality of work (7/10) Overall, we are pleased with the end result and Creation7 does take pride in their work. Along the way we did encounter several issues, as ever project does, which I highlight below. Four of the largest problems we encountered were the following: 1) the master shower tile needed to be completely redone after poor workmanship. 2) the level of the kitchen counter, which was constructed on a non-level concrete slab, was initially off by 3” - enough for a glass bottle to fly off the counter. This required repurchasing 3 new quartz slabs and re-leveling of the kitchen cabinets. 3) The rare, mid century front glass panels surrounding our front door, which were also in other areas of the living area, had to be replaced since one glass panel was broken during the installation of the wood floor. It took months to find a pane of glass that would closely match the other glass panes in the living room. And 4) when we were out of the country the electrical box was replaced. It was inexpensive, but we were never asked the layout of the piping and paneling. The end result is a galvanized 2” by 6’ pipe suspended in plain sight between the carport and house and piping throughout the exterior, rather than interior walls of the laundry room. We chose to leave this as-is for now rather than pay for another change order. Candidly, this last point also influenced the rating I gave for communication. Customer Appreciation (8/10) At the end, the items we were not happy with, except for the piping in the utility room, ended up being fixed and paid for by Creation7. Eyal always placed the customer first and had the final say in customer conflicts. We were appreciative in the end, but as a suggested area of improvement, it would be more helpful if the remaining managers shared the same customer- first attitude that Eyal exhibits. Final thoughts If you choose Creation7, or another GC, I would recommend putting in the contract a payment bonus or deduction for completing the job on time. That way everyone’s interests are more aligned.

We bought a fixer upper in Lafayette that required foundation repair, re-piping to replace old galvanized water pipes, replacing main electrical panel and re-wiring the entire house, plus remodeling the kitchen. Having Creation7 manage and coordinate the schedule was very helpful especially when navigating through a very wet and rainy winter that caused many delays. Asaf, who managed the project for us, was very helpful and responsive. We sync up on the project many times per week and he would be very understanding on our requests. Overall the end result was great and after a few months of work we are enjoying the house very much.

I worked with eyal in 2015 who was head of SF bay area branch of treeium.com at the time. Eyal was extremely honest and helpful on this ~ $500K residential home remodel. He selected an fantastic team of subs & treeium employees. The project was a resounding success. I kept loosely in touch with Eyal over the years. Recently, I had some major trouble with a local GC who I hired to re-do our master bathroom. I had to let him go with about 70% job completion. As most people know, this is an extremely difficult position to be left in as most contractors will resist taking up a job relying on someone else’s work. In desperation, I called Eyal to get his advice. He spent time understanding my situation and suggested I call Guy Sharon in SJ. Eyal even called Guy on my behalf. Long story short, I’m back on track now with much credit to Eyal’s referral, and Guy’s honesty and hard, hard work. Please take my word that Eyal is a very honest, competent, friendly, intelligent person. I wholeheartedly recommend Eyal and his company to my friends and family, and to anyone reading this review.

Highly recommend working with Creation 7 for any renovation to your home! Eyal Matalon and Avi Matalon were very personable, knowledgeable, honest, reliable and professional! Not only did they provide quality work but were constantly in touch with me with the status of my renovation! Which I really loved because it gave me a peace of mind so I never needed to worry or chase after them. It was a big remodel so I did a lot of research and interviews with many contractors but so happy that I went with Creation 7! We did a 5,500 SF renovation with the style of Mid-century modern, it was taken down to the studs and rebuilt by their professional and knowledge team! They did Structural modifications, Re-piping and re-wiring, New flooring throughout the house, new drywall, 2 kitchens and 5 and a half Bathrooms, All windows and sliding doors. I was amazed that all this work only took 4 months!

Creation7 remodeled my kitchen. I had a short timeline (less than 2 months) because I wanted it to be ready by thanksgiving. They were willing to take on the challenge and were able to deliver. They went to the stores with me and helped me design the kitchen, which was very important to me. When there were challenges, they tackled them without a complaint, and were many times able to create a workaround. All of the workers were very respectful to my entire family. My thanksgiving guests were really impressed with my kitchen, and I am now enjoying baking holiday cookies and breads. I am already planning my next project for Creation7 to work on. When we bought our Saratoga house last year, we already had many ideas brewing in our heads on how we could transform it into our dream home. We were very fortunate to find Creation 7, an award-winning design-and-build firm on Houzz. Step-by-step, we worked closely on the project with Eyal Matalon, his brother Avi, project coordinator Asaf and their team over the past year to turn those ideas into reality. We made major changes to the interior layout, without altering the house’s external footprint. We chose Creation 7 after seeing their previous work and interviewing 6 other highly-rated design firms, renovation specialists, and builders. After design consultation with Creation 7’s team and structural engineers, we were able to replace 5 large Greek columns supporting the main living space with a single 50-foot-long steel girder. In the same vein, an unnecessary bookshelf wall was removed and we also opened up a kitchen wall. This ended up creating an incredibly expansive great room. Stepping into the house now is like entering a broad, yet inviting museum hall. Two aisles of windows atop of the 15-foot-tall entryway provide cathedral-like lighting. Overall, the house went from 4-bedroom/3.5 bathroom to a 5-bedroom/4.5 bathroom with much improved feng shui and logical flow. From the original sunroom, we created a new master bedroom suite, complemented by a large master closet. We added a 3rd bedroom to the main floor and added new in-suite bathrooms to each of the suites. The bathrooms feature radiant floor heating and walk-in curbless showers. Leading to the downstairs are modern open “floating” stairs. The original stair orientation was from the side of the kitchen. With the new design, the stairs start more sensibly from the main hallway. The new kitchen has all top-of-line appliances and an adjacent pantry room. We are very pleased with the waterfall kitchen island concept suggested by Creation 7. We took care to select our favorite cabinets, lighting, and tiles from both online and local stores with help from Creation 7. Throughout the house, we added 7 skylights, which help brighten and accentuate the open contemporary feel of the home even more. We re-located the laundry room as well as the guest bathroom, which gets compliments from all our friends and visitors as reminding them of a 5-star hotel. We now have energy-efficient recessed lighting, LED fixtures, and fast-charging capability for electric cars in the garage. In retrospect, our project was a major undertaking, since it involved almost every aspect of the house, from a new roof to new air ducts, electrical and hardwood flooring. We really appreciate all the effort the construction teams put in. We thank Creation 7 for all the extra above-and-beyond help they provided, such as moving heavy items from one level to the other and providing last-minute labor when needed. It was quite an exhausting year, but well worth it! Now that the house is transformed, we really enjoy living here every day. We wake up each morning amazed at the changes. Although we are not professional designers, we still were able to realize almost everything on our wish list. My wife and I hired Creation 7 to completely gut the existing master bedroom and bathroom (removing cabinets, vanities, and fixtures) and to add on an additional 230 sq ft to both plus add a walk-in closet. We had the plans drawn up by our Designer, then put them out for bid by 5 companies including Creation 7. One bid was clearly too low and in checking, we found out they had poor reviews and the contractor they sent with the quote did not seem to really understand the scope of the job. We selected Creation 7 because, after we researched the four other companies, we thought we would have the best job at a fair price. The owner, Eyal and project director, Avi, met with us and went over the contract and walked us through what would take place and the timeline. The next meeting involved Avi introducing us to Yaniv, the construction manager. Yaniv was at our home every work day checking to see that the contractor was completing each phase of the job as per the timeline. He also made sure we knew what was taking place and insured our ideas were transmitted to the contractor. The contractor’s employees were great and accomplished in what their specific jobs were, i.e., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc., and were fun to have around, in fact we miss seeing them since the project was finalized. There were some unexpected things that occurred that increased the cost and time to completion, but overall, we are vary satisfied with Creation 7. The final product, due greatly to my wife because she picked-out finishing materials (flooring, hardware, paint colors, etc.), we are very happy with. We would recommend them to anyone for a remodel or construction of a complete house from ground-up.

Eyal, Avi and the entire Creation 7 team is a joy to work with. They are true professionals and do the highest quality through work. It is such a relief to have found a company that is trustworthy, on time, efficient, approachable and kind like Creation 7. We knew our extensive remodel was done with the utmost care. I hired Creation 7 to handle my condo unit remodel and am overall pleased about the work they did. The project manager, Yaniv, was great and very communicative and he was gracious with dealing with communication with neighbors, working with a separate cabinet maker I hired, and dealing with some extremely unique neighborhood quirks. Overall the work Yaniv and his team was great, very happy with the workmanship, timelines, and guidance that was given throughout the entire process.

CREATION7 remodeled my kitchen, and I am very happy with the results. Eyal gave me a quote for a summer kitchen remodel with a tight timeline. my tenants were moving out in June and we were moving in in August of 2017. There were several changes made to the first quote as I realized that there was more unforeseen work that needed to be done older house. Eyal quoted and re-quoted several times without issue. At one point, it looked like the repairs may exceed my budget and he worked through every line item with me and we were able to make trade-offs that made sense. They then got to work, starting demolition expediently. The project took ten weeks to complete, and that included demolition of the entire kitchen and adjoining room as well redoing lots of plumbing and dry wall as we uncovered issues with the older house. I now have an open concept space with the kitchen and dining room as one large area. Every step of the way, they went through the issues with me, carefully evaluated the cost, addressed a bunch of unforeseen issues and still got things done on time. My project manager, Yaniv, could not have been more helpful. He was patient as I asked many, many, questions, included me as he came up with ideas and suggestions, took into account my own ideas and desires, and designed a beautiful space. He gave me recommendations and helped purchase the cabinets, countertops and windows and made good suggestions on how much to spend on each one. He spent a good deal of time working out issues that came up with the cabinets I chose, some of which were unexpected. He also made new drawings for the city to accommodate last minute changes. The workers were polite and friendly. The lead, Jo Jo was meticulous and always available to explain what he was planning to do. Yaniv and Eyal told me they would create a beautiful kitchen for me, and they really did! One of my neighbors stopped by and liked what he saw and had his kitchen redone by them as well with the same results. I highly recommend this company.

My kitchen remodel has just been completed by CREATION7, and I am very very pleased. I called the company on August 1st of 2017, and three weeks later we signed a contract; two weeks after that we started demolition. The project took twelve weeks to complete, and that included demolition of the entire kitchen as well as tearing down a wall and a fireplace. My project manager, Yaniv, could not have been more helpful. He was patient as I asked many (many, many) questions, included me as he came up with ideas and suggestions, took into account my own ideas and desires, and designed a beautiful space. He gave me recommendations on where to buy appliances and approximations on how much to spend on each one, as well as suggesting where to look for backsplashes, countertops and flooring. He drove me down to the cabinetmakers to see the cabinets. When issues arose that demanded changes (ie. water damage under the kitchen floor), I was informed, told what was needed, and change orders were added. Budget was always included in conversations. Suggestions were made on how to maximize improvements without being too expensive. The workers were polite and friendly. The engineer was meticulous and always available to explain what he was planning to do. The owners visited the site a number of times and made suggestions of improvements they thought would maxiize the outcome. Yaniv told me he would create a “gorgeous” kitchen for me, and he really did! I highly recommend this company.

The team at Creation 7 was extremely responsive and reassured us at all times. If something was not working they immediately took care of it. The staff is very nice and I trusted them to be in my house when I wasn't there.

Creation 7 remodeled our bathroom last year and did a wonderful job, so when we decided to start looking for a new house to buy and remodel, we consulted with them even before starting the process. Eyal, the owner, was so helpful and supportive, he came to look at the houses we were interested in and gave his input. Once we purchased the house, Creation 7 took care of everything, brought an architect who matched our aesthetic, an engineer, and took care of the permits. Once demolition started, the Creation 7 crew were always on site and in contact with us. Eyal accompanied us and helped choose floors, tiles, marble, hardware, etc., he even met with me to look at which shade of white to paint the exterior of the house in. He made many suggestions and always offered different ideas, being able to see the end result and help us get there within our budget and taste. He truly wears two hats, contractor and designer, which is extremely beneficial in this process. We worked with Avi and Assaf, as well, who were always available and responsive to us, they answered our many questions, took care of all the small details, and found solutions to anything that came up along the way. The end result is beyond what we expected. We highly recommend Creation 7 for any project, they are knowledgeable, professional, creative and caring.

Creation 7 is the contractor of choice for building my small home (ADU) from the ground up and I feel so fortunate to have found them. Excavation was difficult, the permit process somewhat frustrating, coordinating with PG&E a challenge; but they worked out all the problems with tact, persistence, and cooperation. The workers were excellent, skilled, hard working, on time, and cleaned up each day. Eyal's team assisted me with shopping for finishes, flooring, appliances, and helped so many details that I did not need a designer. The entire team was amazing and finished the house within four months as estimated. It was a pleasure working with them on this project and now I have the beautiful home of my dreams.

We hired Creation 7 after a 200 year old oak tree fell on our rental house destroying the laundry room, kitchen , family room and sunroom. The most difficult thing about the whole process was hearing what we wanted to hear from those we met with until we had our first meeting with Eyal. Eyal was very honest about the remodeling process and gave us a completely new perspective on what it took to get what we wanted. Eyal came slightly above the other bids and it became obvious why. He was the one who grasped the aim of the project the most and was able to break down every component with great detail and transparency (instead of bundling and rounding up). First and foremost, I do have to say that home remodeling can be one of the most stressful things you can ever do. Finding the right person/company can take as long as 2-3 months or sometimes longer to find. A few years ago I needed my kitchen remodeled and I decided to look for a reputable contractor with excellent experience. I'm a very picky person when it comes to choosing and/or buying things. I look at quality more than anything and I understand that sometimes with quality you have to pay the price. This is why finding the right person was very important to me and it took me a very long time to find that right person. A couple of months into doing research and meeting different people I was fortunate to come across Eyal. I first had the great pleasure to meeting Eyal when he was still partnered with a very large and reputable company a few years ago. Our first meeting was better than expected since most of the other contractors I met prior were more focused on making a hard sale then helping answer any questions that I had at the time. You have to understand that I'm a skeptic so promising me the world is not the best route to take with me. Eyal's approach was much much different. At one point I even forgot that I was meeting with a contractor. Rather than talk about how great he was or how great his company was we focused more about my kitchen. We shared ideas, solution to problems, different scenarios, and not once did we ever talk about the price or budget. Eyal's priority at the time was to help answer as many questions as possible. By doing so he was able to show me his past projects on his laptop and explained the kitchen remodeling process in detail from the start of the project to completion. During our meeting I was able to understand that Eyal was interested more in providing exceptional service than making the sale. This was a great sigh of relief. And because of this I knew that I was able to trust Eyal. Our first meeting ended taking up more than a couple of hours. We then scheduled a second meeting to go over the more important details in which I soon after came to a conclusion that Eyal was going to be the perfect person for my kitchen remodeling project. During the kitchen remodel I was amazed at how clean my home and the construction site ended up being. I know that this is what was promised but what I saw during the remodel exceeded my expectations. Eyal always stayed in communication with me and was always ahead of schedule. I'm sure you know that with any construction project there will always be hurdles to overcome. We did come across a few issues that we couldn't see prior to demolition but all of this was communicated to me prior to beginning the project. The best part of all was that I was prepared for the worst and Eyal set best case scenarios/solutions in case we were to face any issues. Fortunately for me they weren't major. Eyal truly did make a huge impact on my day to day life. Not only did I fully trust him but his attention to detail, professionalism, communication, and work ethic made it much easier for me to focus on my day to day work. The kitchen remodel lasted about 9 weeks or so. And boy was it worth it! My kitchen now is truly amazing. I was so happy with the end result that I gave Eyal my word that I will recommend him and his work to my friends and family. I also made a promise that if I ever decided to do anything else inside of my home without a doubt Eyal would be the person I hired again. Fast forward to today and here I am now looking to work on a much bigger project which will consist of me adding another bedroom to the square footage of my home. Earlier this month I learned that Eyal decided to start his own company to focus on the high level service and his quality of work. I couldn't be more happy since service and quality is what most contractors lack. I highly and strongly recommend working with Eyal and his new company Creation 7. Creation 7 build the master addition on our house. It is generally understood that having major remodeling done on your house, can be a frustrating process. It's noisy, messy, and usually, goes over budget. I can honestly say that almost none of these were true for our experience with Creation 7. The men were so respectful of our space. They cleaned up at the end of the day - no mess was ever left. The construction generally stayed within budget. These guys were a pleasure to be around also. They were funny and nice, but also respectful of our need for privacy. Also our completed addition! It's so gorgeous! Everything is in perfect working order. Their eye for detail and overall craftsmanship is amazing. I really can't say enough how great our en suite master bedroom is. It has transformed our house from an old boring space into our dream house. I highly, highly recommend Creation 7!
