We saw two elements of pools that we liked on two separate vacations. We decided to look for a company that could/ would build us the custom pool we wanted. Tom was the only contractor that we contacted that said he could build it. We hired him based on our interviews with him and his ratings. Tom came through on everything he said he would do. He guided us through the project, made suggestions, and gave us time to mull things over. Tom always answered his phone and texts. And he still answers his phone helping us to learn more about all the functions of the pool! We feel very fortunate that we met Tom and he helped us achieve our dream backyard. We feel that Tom is family and wish him and you much success on your project!

We shopped around before settling on Tom & CPP; no buyers remorse here! The project was about 3 months from start to finish, the workers were great and stayed focused on tasks at hand everyday. Glad we went with the travertine, blue stone would have been too hot through the summer. Spa is perfect, great iPhone app to adjust temps & lights (definitely get the multicolor lights!) - we kept pool open through late fall for nighttime hot tub dips. There were what appeared like a few minor hiccups during installation but Tom was "nah...don't worry we are on target to finish on time" and he was right. Big project but completed in timely manor, money (yes, a lot) well spent. Quick story - a competitor down by 6 Flags gave us a price for a lined pool, smaller deck, lower end stone for almost 30% more than our Gunite pool! Also, Tom was on project regularly but his foreman really didn't need him around much...good workers!

I highly recommend Custom Pool Pros. Tom and his team did a great job throughout the entire process, from design to instillation. Once they started the same crew was at my house everyday. They installed my pool,patio and fence. The crew is talented and very professional. I had a small problem this year and Tom had his team resolve it.

Tom and his crew at Custom Pool Pros were very professional and responsive from day 1 - throughout the entire project. The quality of the work is excellent - even our town inspectors were blown away by work. We had a few monkey wrenches along the way (permits, water table, utilities) and Tom resolved all swiftly and creatively. Pool, pool decking, patio, outdoor kitchen, fence - they are a one stop shop and expertly managed all.

Tom over at Custom Pool Pros was a true professional. I enjoyed the fact that he took the time to personally meet with us every step of the way to ensure we understood the process and that we were all aligned on the type of pool and details regarding the installation and overall timing to complete. Tom was also helpful in addressing landscaping issues that I had and he was able to quickly provide a solution for me. Overall we were very satisified with the service. The pool looks great and we were very happy the way it turned out including the pavers.

Tom was recommended to us by a close friend who said he did excellent work for them, and we had him repave our entire driveway with pavers. Tom was excellent throughout the entire process. He showed us various designs at his beautiful home office and then created a pattern that we really liked. The process was painless, the entire project was on time at a price that was competitive, and he stood behind the product and had fixed any issues we had, but really there were rarely any issues involved. In fact, to date there have been no issues. He has been available to discuss any concerns we have. I would recommend him highly to anybody who would like to get their patio paved.
