Hey St. Louis, my name is Paul Lemcke I’ve been in the appliance business since the mid 1970s when I started to work for my dad, Rudy Lemcke. He owns Lemcke Appliances and has been serving the St. Louis area for over 85 years. Although I enjoyed working with my dad I always had a dream of starting my own business, a high-end appliance business. So thats exactly what I did, I started Designer Appliances by Lemcke. I wanted to have a store that only carried the finest brands not only because they looked better, last longer, and cook better but because of the customer service of these brands. Brands that we carry such as Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Thermador we rarely have any problems because they’re so well made but if they do have any problems your dealing with people who really care about customer service. Listen, to me its all about our customers. Don’t you just hate when somethings wrong with your refrigerator, or your oven and you have to call some 1-(800) number and talk to some robot or someone that just doesn’t speak the same language as you. Yeah, me neither! Thats why I only carry the finest brands because they’re all local brands that were made here in the United States. So when you have any problems they can assist you right away and your actually talking to a human, crazy right. But again I rarely have any problems with the brands I carry. Like for instance I hear all the time of people calling us saying they’re remodeling there kitchen and they still have that Sub-Zero refrigerator they bought 25 years ago, and yes it still works. Or how amazing they’re Miele dishwasher is and they can’t believe how quiet it is while making there dishes cleaner than ever before.
