I am happy to recommend Dan Morgan and Morgan Contracting after completion of a major home renovation project-they came recommended by our architect to help us makeover our originally split level home in Avon CT, transforming/adding 600 sq ft of living space and another garage. Dan was very easy to work with, and his comments and suggestions throughout the project reflected a solid experience base and a spirit of wanting to get the customer what they want. All employees were prompt, respectful and left the worksite clean and free of clutter. Despite a number of weather setbacks and issues well beyond anyone's control, we were able to finish in a timely fashion, and a little under budget.

I hired Dan Morgan to do my bathroom renovation in August 2014. I selected him because he had done my kitchen and family room renovation in 2001 and I was highly pleased with the quality of his work, his reliability and his professionalism. This most recent project included demolition, floor tiling, vanity and mirror installation, and new plumbing fixtures and hardware. All work done was of the highest quality and on schedule as promised. Dan and his employees are courteous and professional. I expect to hire Morgan Contracting for other projects in the future.

The Morgan Co. has rebuilt an upstairs shower. They have it done very professionally, on time and in an economically way. I like to mention especially the thorougness and cleanlyness of the craftsmen's work.

Dan overhauled our master bath, taking it from the early 80's to now in a month's time. The job included wallpaper removal and painting of walls and trim; installation of an exhaust fan/light; and new lighting, sink, vanity, toilet, tile floor and tiled shower stall. He advised us on materials, oversaw demolition and construction and completed all finish work to our satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome and continue to enjoy our new "spa."

My wife and I were looking to replace our deck slider doors. We met with Dan Morgan, we described the project and Dan presented us a great plan that would enhance our simple door replacement project, to a project that would add value to our home for many years. He suggested we use French doors, along with a couple of floor to ceiling windows and best of all his suggestion of placing the windows at an angle made it an outstanding addition to our home. As in any addition to a home, we felt it was very important to have the addition appear as if it was original to the home and Dan did so. We entertain often throughout the year and at every event our guess comment on the appearance and the quality of the workmanship. The project started on time and came in on budget. His crew arrived on time, ready to work. very friendly and cleaned the work area before leaving for the day. I recommend Morgan Contracting for your home projects and I would call him again on future projects.

This was a relatively small bathroom that needed to be gutted. The room turned out great! As with all projects there were a few challenged, but Dan was able to work with those challenges, and we ended up with a room that we are very happy with.

We hired Morgan Contracting for two separate additions. One was to put on a family room and screened porch in 2004 and the second was a master bedroom and bath in 2011. We were pleased with the quality of work and the dependability of Mr. Morgan. The Morgan Contracting staff was very friendly and easy to have around the house and finished both jobs in the projected time schedule. As with all additions, costs did go above budget throughout the process, but we are pleased with the end results. Morgan Contracting will also guarantee their work and will come back, even years later, if you have any problems.

Dan Morgan did a fantastic job putting up an "in-law" addition on our daughter's house. It is exquisite and had all all the bells and whistles we desired after living in a sizable house. Dan's attention to detail and solid reputation gave us the confidence to put this project entirely in his hands. His ideas, craftsmanship and quality product selection made all the difference in the world from previous professionals we've used in the past. Dan stayed within budget and had a pleasant friendly demeanor throughout! Other neighbors have used his firm for large projects and small jobs.

Master Bedroom Closet addition: Dan had done a similar closet addition for a neighbor with the same house design. We made ours a little wider and Dan was excellent in consulting about the design of the room, lighting (both natural and electrical) and exterior finishes. He started right on time and finished ahead of schedule. His work crew was working through our master bedroom and was respectful and very clean. They taped off all areas to minimize sawdust and sheet rock tape sanding dust. The room was a 3 sided addition to the home. This required punching out through the exterior wall and adding approximately 100 square feet of living space with its own roof and support over an exterior stair well. We have had the room for 2 years now and have not had to call Dan back for any "fixes" subsequent to the completion of the job. Dan and his crew were exceptionally professional, clean, courteous and delivered exactly what we asked for and they promised. Dan came to us highly recommended by friends who had used him for similar additions.

Very professional and thoroughly knowledgeable regarding several large and small projects over the past several years. We will continue to use Morgan Contractors in the future. Projects: Full kitchen remodeling, a 4-season room addition and a fireplace installation.

Morgan Contracting did a renovation of my condominium including taking out carpets, putting in hardwood floors, building new closets, putting in a new shower, vanity and tiles in the master bathroom, painting, installing overhead fans and other work. Morgan Contracting did a first-rate job. The firm is conscientious, honest and cares about its' clients. They followed up after the completion of the project to take care of a few minor concerns. Morgan Contracting is an excellent firm in whom I have the utmost confidence.

Morgan Contracting did a very large remodel and new construction on our property. We needed a new foundation, new garage, new mudroom, roof and siding. All work was completed and nicely finished. They kept a clean job site and were respectful to us. We were repeat customers as Morgan Contracting also put an addition on our home and remodeled our kitchen in 1996. We were happy with the finished product in both jobs, and would recommend the company to anyone who is looking for remodeling or new construction. It was a huge undertaking and we felt confident in their ability to complete the project. The pricing was very competitive and whenever there were issues with the existing structure, they explained things completely. In short, we were happy with their work. After seeing so many people who were taken in by contractors, it was nice to work with a company we trusted.
