Dan's Stamped Concrete

You be the judge, this could happen to you •5/16/16 Contracted Dan’s Stamped Concrete to do stamped walkway, driveway and replace existing steps (7. $4500 was paid to start. •During demo of steps, Dan fractured two brick walls on each side of steps, one being completely removed. •With Dan, we came up with an alternative plan at no extra cost. Repair left side brick wall and extending steps by 2 feet and eliminating right side brick wall. •6/14/16-Dan completed the concrete portion and was paid $5000 cash with the commitment of repairing the brick wall. •6/22/16 - texted Dan about finishing up – no response •7/12/16 – texted Dan again – response, was will get to it this week •7/26/16 – notified Dan of crack on porch •7/27/16 – Dan inspected cracks •7/30/16 – Dan blamed it on concrete supplier. Stated that his crew didn’t make the forms properly and they removed them before the concrete set up causing the fracture. The only way to repair was to completely redo the steps. He stated we had to buy the material. •8/12/16 – I went to Dan’s office and tried to review. We offered to pay $500 to defray cost. •8/20/16 – texted Dan about starting – no response •8/22/16- texted Dan – no response •8/29/16- texted Dan- “I’m coming just give me a minute” •9/14/16- texted Dan- no response •9/27/16- texted Dan- no response •10/10/16 - texted Dan- no response •10/28/16- texted Dan- no response

Would have been a good job had Dan returned (as he promised he would) to correct an improper sealing of the patio. But after calls and texts he never returned to finish the job. When it comes to customer service........you will find that Dans stamped concrete has NONE. Now I have to hire someone else to correct and complete the job.
