We are a Design + Build firm in Chelsea, MI and used Impact to stage a custom home we built so we could capture photos before handing it over to our clients. Using staging allows us to control the photoshoot and ensure the results are exactly what we need to highlight the craftsmanship and quality of the home. Joan really understood our needs and was easy to work with. The delivery guys were very respectful of the space and used blankets and shoe covers every time they came into the home. Overall a great experience, we will be using them to stage for future photoshoots!

Erin did a fabulous job staging a home with sellers who were a little reluctant to allow staging. I felt it necessary to stage several rooms so that potential buyers could see how the living spaces could be utilized, as the home had a unique floor plan. The home had an eclectic design and style and she did a fabulous job choosing furniture and items that complimented some of the funky, unique things about the home. The spaces that were staged actually looked larger with the type of furnishings that were meant for the space, as opposed to the sparsely furnished rooms that we started with. I would 100% recommend and use this company again! Marie in customer service was also a gem to work with and handled my many calls and questions with grace and professionalism!
