I wasted several working with one of their designers who them stopped returning my calls. I finally had in touch with her, and she said she could make more money as an Uber driver. the company never reached out to me after her departure, and now I hear they are out of business. I didn't lose any money, but now I'm back to the drawing board, and months behind even getting started. Shame on Houzz for recommending them.

This place went out of business. Many people lost money, owner went MIA. Sent an email to customers. Our project was supposed to start 2 weeks after they closed.

pros: -bathroom looks great, work was done well -installer was on site all day for the first 3 weeks of our job and was very friendly -we received a 12% discount on our contract because the job took 10 weeks longer than agreed upon cons: -timeline - a 2 -3 week bathroom model had a start date of May 29th, actually started July 9th, and then took 13 weeks to finish (finished on October 5th). -a few components of the job weren’t organized well or in a timely fashion (getting our materials to the installer and coordinating with the custom glass installers), which resulted in our bathroom taking 10 weeks longer than it should have. -poor communication – had a hard time getting in touch with Designer’s Choice to get updates when parts of the job were stalled, and when we were able to communicate our concerns about the job, received an unprofessional response. Only received timely communication when payment was due. headline: We are satisfied with the outcome of our bathroom. We would not hire Designer's Choice again due to the difficulties we had getting in touch with Designer’s Choice when our job wasn’t on track and due to how we were treated when we voiced concerns.

I had a vision for my master bathroom and Chris and Jose brought it to life. They went above and beyond to handle a project that was 3 floors up and no elevator. They took ideas that stretched their portfolio and made my vision reality. They stayed within my budget and went over when I authorized it. I have enjoyed them both so much I have hired them to do another bathroom in my home and have recommended them for my brother's kitchen which they are taking on!

Jennifer and Danielle are amazing! They know their stuff and are extremely patient in the decision process. I appreciate all they did to give me the kitchen of my dreams. Would highly recommend. Thank you Deisgner's Choice!

We had the pleasure of working with Designers Choice with Chris Ford as our contractor and his workman Nathan. We remodeled a full bathroom. Chris and Nathan offered a very friendly, professional guided process all the way through the finishing touches. The workmanship Nathan provided was incredibly detailed and very professional. Thanks to Chris and Nathan we felt confident throughout the remodel process. The results are amazing, we are truly enjoying our fabulous new bathroom.

The experience with Designer's Choice was actually wonderful. Jennifer had the best design of any of the 4 designed we received. Nathan the guy that did the work was professional, attentive and let the dogs out and in everyday. There were no cost over runs or adjustments. I absolutely love my kitchen.

I love, love my kitchen and Jennifer was a great designer. Chris, the owner, stopped by almost daily to oversee the project. Like most remodels, it didn’t go without its problems, but what makes this company good, is everything was addressed without any hesitation. Designer’s Choice prices include soft close drawers and cabinets. I needed extra shelves later & they happily ordered without additional charge.
