Can’t say enough about Forest and his crew. They showed the utmost professionalism for the duration of our project. We basically did a top to bottom remodel and they nailed our vision and exceeded expectations in every possible measure. The final product is chef’s kiss! Communication was key and they kept us involved throughout. No exceptions. Another sneaky great touch by Forest and team is that at the end of each day, the site was left spotless and clean. We will definitely use DFS for any future project.

I interviewed many contractors, called a lot of references and made the great decision to hire DFS Construction. Hindsight, it was absolutely the right decision. There is quite a bit of construction in my area and when I talk with neighbors, they all have complaints, delays, etc. to voice about their contractor. Fortunately I have nothing but compliments - no complaints. My house was gutted and I added new rooms which required significant structural work. DFS and I worked hand and hand throughout the project to quickly work through all questions that arose. They were highly responsive and awesome to work with. I highly recommend DFS.

DFS did a terrific job of remodeling a bathroom, painting (inside and out), carpeting, refinishing hardwood floors, and building a new privacy fence for my older home in Yalecrest. All workers are professional, considerate, and friendly, and all work is beautifully done, on time and for a reasonable price. Even the neighbors were happy with the work.

We had four months to gut our basement, add two full bathrooms, laundry and a kitchen because baby was on the way. It would have been impossible, especially in this economic climate, to get all of the trades lined up. Forest's professionalism and expertise was paramount and when it was all said and done I was beyond happy with the finished product and felt like I had gained a new life long friend. I would only recommend DFS Construction to my close friends and family... because I never want them to be too busy for me in the future. ;)

DFS construction recently remodeled a bathroom for me. The end result was amazing! The attention for fine details were exceptional! For the record I am a former senior building official for a world renowned resort community in Utah. I could have chosen numerous builders for this job. I have inspected DFS for years. DFS came in to renovate our basement and ever since the transformation I'm still catching myself looking around in awe. We went from a skeleton of a space to a full-on livable area that I enjoy doing my daily activities in now that there are bedrooms, closets, two offices, and my favorite - a full bathroom! They were great at helping with the design and the crew really cared about delivering value when executing the plan. I appreciate feeling like a top-priority and them finishing by their estimated deadline. I plan on using them in all my future repairs and renovations for sure!
