When I called to see about services, customer service* was equally helpful, knew exactly what I needed, and got us onto their schedule quickly. Jason was very professional and friendly. He spent time with my husband and I explaining the different options for heating and cooling our home and new planned addition. He took measurements of the house and windows and inspected our current HVAC system. Jason promptly sent an email with quotes for the options we discussed.

Been a customer for more than two years and each and every time they visit, they are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. We thought our humidifier was having issues but it turned out that our 22 year old hot water heater had reached the end of it’s life. Our appointment window was set between 11:00 am - 1 pm and they were DONE by 1. They not only made sure our humidifier was working properly but they also diagnosed and REPLACED our hot water heater within that window. I didn’t even know that Diamond Heating and Plumbing did water heaters. I quickly found out that they do a wide range of plumbing functions. And, if they don’t do what’s needed, Ryland told me that they have several partners in Boise that they could recommend to me. Very comfortable having their technicians in my home. Extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I find their prices very competitive, especially since their technicians know what they’re doing. So far, everything’s fixed right the first time.
