We’ve had the privilege of working with the Dillons on two of our homes. One was a new build and one was a reconstruction. There’s no one I would recommend more! Janet was always accessible and quick to respond. They all worked so hard to ensure that every detail was completed to the highest quality. They aren’t just incredible builders, they are also just incredible people. It was sad when our projects were complete because we enjoyed working with them so much and formed such a great friendship!

Such a great building team!! From the beginning to the very end and honestly beyond that as well, the Dillons were amazing!!! They took care of every detail and kept our home building project on track. Most projects go beyond their completion date, but they finished our home 1 month early allowing us to move in right before Christmas!! It was magical. We would absolutely recommend them without reservation and if we ever build a home again, there is not question about who would be building it!!

After making the decision to move from the country to the city, we began looking for a builder. We recently purchased a home in Woodlands Edge from Dillon home builders. We were ready to downsize and came across a spec home very near completion. Janet’s tasteful and creative selecting of tile, fixtures, flooring, counter tops, backsplash etc. there was nothing we even thought to change. After meeting Janet and discovering her knowledge of the home, (we tossed her every question we could think of), decided that this was the house we wanted. The quality of workmanship in their homes is excellent.

I HAVE ALWAYS HEARD THAT BUILDING A HOME IS NOTHING BUT STRESS. BUILDING A HOUSE WITH THE DILLONS, WAS NOT ONLY FUN BUT WE HAVE A PERFECT, WELL BUILT HOME. OUR HOUSE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND THAT FAMILY IS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH.

Our experience with the Dillon Homes were outstanding. As a first time home builder they guided us in every step of the way. They did an amazing job, and completed on time. They have pretty much all the latest technologies in construction. They are well up- to date which was impressive. They even use an app which guides us and lets us know the progress of our building each day . Janet, Chase, Bo & Tony are a great team to work with. They communicated and addressed all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. We could not have been any happier. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family with out a doubt . I cannot say enough great things about working with this team. From the moment I met them I instantly could tell they are trustworthy and serious about their craft. They worked with us from beginning to end on our commercial space. They helped us take a completely open 1500 sq foot space to 4 offices, a break room, two restrooms, & a reception area. They maximize storage so well and it is BEAUTIFUL! We love the way they do things so much that we are currently in the process of purchasing a commercial building (with them representing us) and will use them for the improvements to the building as well.

The Dillon's were a joy to work with for our complete renovation of an older home. Bo was always available and never hesitated to hop on the phone or meet us out at the site to discuss projects. The Dillon's did an exceptional job of managing the workload to ensure that there was never a lull in the project, which helped to complete the project on time.
