When we decided we wanted to invest in a home entertainment system, we were not aware of all the options. We visited Blue Grass Home Entertainment multiple times and interacted with several employees. All were friendly, professional, and knowledgable. All were good listeners, and able to show us on site options that fit both our interests and budget. Josh, who became our project manager, did a thorough home assessment and invited us to return to the store and experience first hand options we discussed. Their advice led to the purchase of the perfect home entertainment system for us. Installation and followup by Josh have provided us with many hours of fine home entertainment. The personal and professional service cannot be matched. We are wowed!

We did a fairly large remodeling project and Dan Moore and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were great when dealing with my husband and I who are "technology challenged". The finished product is wonderful and we are enjoying our new living space and our entertainment package.

I have worked with BGHE, a few times, for whole-home audio, home theatre set up, and for "add-ons" that I chose to do. Each time, I found BGHE personnel (whether it was Dan, Mike, or a member of the BGHE installation team) to be very professional in terms of their knowledge, planning, and execution of our projects. BGHE always provided an accurate quote, worked flexibly with us and our schedule, and completed the projects in a very reasonable time frame (with us, the work was ALWAYS completed within the time frame agreed upon). I very much appreciated the high quality workmanship and my wife was very pleased with the clean-up (we added a few features after the original audio/video set up/installation was done (during the construction phase of our home)). I highly recommend this company for even the most demanding standard!

BGHE is simply the best in Lexington! They have the same product prices as Best Buy, etc., but their customer service and installation makes them (by far) the better option. The workers were prompt, polite, and very detailed. They installed several TV's in our home and patio...everything worked seamlessly. By far, the best contractor we worked with during construction. We are planning to hire them for our patio TV's, speakers, and motorized blinds next!
