We were thrilled with the outcome of the project but were impressed with Domus from the very start! Chris, Peter, and Dave made this process a breeze. They are organized, efficient, knowledgeable and communicative. You never have to wonder what is happening. They're very conscientious of cost and staying within budget. They problem solve issues that arise with your budget in mind and will keep you updated. Sub contractors were excellent as well. Workers showed up on time, and finished ahead of schedule. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again!!!

I have been working with Chris and his team for years. Our team can be difficult to impress, and we often find ourselves falling in and out of love with builders. Chris and his team have been wonderful, and very professional. His project tracking system is something most have never used. His clients are aware of all events, schedules and budget concerns virtually live. What builder does that? As someone who has seen him competitively bid against his piers, his pricing is fair and reasonable. I would recommend Chris and his team to anyone considering a new home or renovation.

We worked with Chris and his team at Domus Constructors on an extensive renovation of our 1941 home. As first time home owners, we really appreciated Chris’s experience and willingness to answer our many questions. The scope of the job increased considerably along the way and Chris was very fair and reasonable as he walked us through the additional work and related costs. Our project manager Dave was excellent, both in expertise and to work with every day. Chris and Dave were also very responsive and quick to remedy any unforeseen issues. Chris is also a man of his word and clearly takes pride in his work which made him a great partner on our renovation. We would definitely work with Domus again.

Kommentiert: Would like to know more about the kitchen countertop.It is a Quartzite Brun Classic stone with a leather finsh. It was waterfalled off the top down to the floor.
