Dona made the process effortless for me, and handled every step with precision and care. I used to think I was a perfectionist until I met Dona! In one of our very first meetings, when looking at all the fabric and wallpaper samples she had sourced for my living room, I remember thinking, “this woman just gets me.” She took the time to listen to my design aspirations and ideas, and her commitment to achieving those goals was unwavering. As an IT director, I am a very logical person with zero decorating talent. I came across Dona Rosene on Houzz and hired her. It was my first experience with an interior decorator. It was challenging for me to relinquish control,over my environment for Dona to do what she does. But when I did, I was amazed at her vision. I wish I had that gift! She transformed my bedroom and office into sanctuaries for me as that is where I spent most of my time. I am very thankful for what she has accomplished. I also realized you cannot penny pinch with a decorator. Let them do what they do within a budget and not squirm over it. That is what I learned but happy I did. She does a fabulous job.

Dona is on a class of her own. I contacted her for a project that was on a very short time frame. She worked tirelessly to meet the deadline and not only met it but my apartment looks amazing. Dona and I worked wonderfully together. She checked with me before any purchases and stayed very close to the budget I had set. She has great supplier and impeccable taste. She also has an amazing eye for detail. I had to leave on an unplanned trip on the last day of the install and Dona was able to roll with it! She is incredibly professional, communicates well regarding budget, expectations, time frame, and does a beautiful job. She makes everything around her beautiful!!! I loved working with her because I felt confident she would do an amazing job. She exceeded my expectations!

When we moved into our new home in Dallas, we weren't sure how to complete our open concept home. Dona to the rescue! She did a wonderful job integrating our existing furniture and finding perfect new pieces, rugs and fabrics to create a cohesive design. We love the new look! When we moved to Frisco Texas I was looking for an interior designer to help us with our new home. I found Dona via Houzz. Based on the reviews on Houzz and photos of her work I decided to give her a try. Dona didn't disappoint! She not only has great sense of color, texture and space but also made the overwhelming design and selection process so easy for us. On top of excellent taste Dona is very easy to work with. She is patient and listens to our needs and wants. We are very pleased with the end results. Now we enjoy coming home everyday to a very tasteful home after a long day of work. We also got so many compliments when guest were over at our home.

I had never used the services of a professional designer before and was a unsure about the whole process or even if I should use one...but in the end I'm very happy I did. Dona did an amazing job furnishing my entire apartment and made the process very easy! She was able to make my apartment exactly what I envisioned and my sister even said the whole place "looked like a piece of art". She has a great relationship with her contractors and vendors and was always available for questions or feedback. She has a great eye for all the final touches so you won't be disappointed in using her services!

Dona Rosene is a professional Interior Designer in all respects. She listened to what we wanted to do in our kitchen, family room and living room. She presented many choices to us and had patience with my indecisions. Dona has excellent resources and contacts in all areas including fabrics, custom carpets, pillow design, upholstery, furniture selection, and accessories. Dona helped us in all these areas, including paint colors and room planning. She was able to redo some of our furniture and have it look new again. She changed our house to have a beautiful professional look that we can enjoy for many years. I hired Dona to help me change up some things in a house I had just moved into. I had several nice pieces of furniture that I wanted to work with so that was our base to begin our work. Dona did a great job of listening to my style, what colors I liked and then she began to work. She did a great job of offering suggestions that stayed within my budget! Dona was great to work with and very professional. I was very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend her.

These attributes coupled with her Interior Design talent make her a great choice. We have a small house, with some quirks, and we really struggled with furniture size, placement and window treatments. In addition, we are only want chemical free items and materials in our home. We hired Dona to specifically help with those things but her help went beyond our initial criteria. Dona was able to find us furniture that met our green standard, fit the space and our personal taste. She was able to take all all the things I love and arrange them in new ways that really made them shine. For example, she took a mix of paintings and prints we already owned and had them reframed. I like so many fabrics, textiles and styles and Dona was able to pull all my eclectic tastes in a cohesive design plan that truly reflects who we are. She exhibited great patience with my insatiable desire to see "one more" or "are you sure". I am so appreciative of Dona's ability to help me feel confident and make decisions. Dona's relationships in the metroplex allowed us access to resources we didn't even know existed. She answered calls and emails promptly and stayed in communication with us. Her artistic vision, combined with her people skills make her a great designer. Dona Rosene helped us have the home we truly love.
