We chose Delia construction for our front porch renovation project because of his bid detail and reasonable price. Our home was built in 1915 and from photos we acquired, taken in the late '20s, we could see it originally had a beautiful front porch. When we purchased the home that front porch was gone. Don Delia and his crew did a magnificent job restoring the porch to better than original condition. We have received countless compliments from neighbors on the beauty and quality of the work done. We enthusiastically recommend Don Delia construction.

Don and his team are true professionals. As an interior designer, I worked closely with Don on major remodel of a home in Hillsborough. He did beautiful work and was respectful of the clients home and budget. I appreciated that he took the time to read our drawings and schedules and ask questions when he had them. I have worked with Delia construction on numerous projects over the past three years. The projects ranged from a small bathroom remodel to entire home. No matter the project size Don brings the same level of detail and professionalism. Attached are pictures of a kitchen remodel we completed last year. D'Elia construction is very professional, tidy and efficient. We did an extensive remodel to a newly purchased home including a kitchen, 4 baths, windows, floors, cabinetry, laundry rooms and more.
