Was happy to be done with this company. Poor workmanship..spsxe beteen the floor and poor baseboard job. What a headache . Super stressful to deal with. Id bever recommend a company that doensnt send their sales rep to tetuen to see the work. For 30K! Youd think . Thats all good. Theybexpect mentonhure someone else. Thats fine i will. Just to jever deal with Dov ever again. Good riddance.

Engineered Hardwood Floors We had a great experience with Invision Hardwood & Decor and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Roy and Dov are friendly, helpful and knowledgable and Invision's installation team is excellent. We asked them to work with our existing railings and it turned out great. Our new engineered hardwood floors are getting all sorts of compliments from family and friends. The floor vents in particular show Invision's craftsmanship and attention to detail. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Invision Hardwood & Decor.

A very special thanks to Pina at Invision Harwood & Decor. From the moment we walked into the showroom, looking to replace the hardwood floor in our family room, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Although this was not a large project, Pina made us feel comfortable answering all our questions and showing us the multitude of options she had there for us to choose from. We felt no need to look anywhere else. Pina ordered our final selection and as promised it arrived within a week. We would highly recommend Invision Hardwood & Decor to our family and friends. I usually obtain three quotes when doing a home improvement project. However when I met Dov and shared the vision of our full project in two stages, I knew that Dov was going to make my vision a reality. His expertise, patient listening skills and his ability to think outside the original project, provided us with an alternative solution that would deliver the best value for our budget. We replaced our front entry green ceramic tile and the eleven year old dark brown high gloss flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen with Mercier Atmosphere Gleam matte finish hardwood flooring. The transformation exceeded our expectations. The crew who installed the flooring are true craftsman. Dov 's business partner Roy delivered the wood the day before the project started. He arrived the day of the project to provide the crew with the details required to complete the installation. Roy also attended on day two of the installation to make sure we were happy with the progress. Dov and Roy are the best at what they do. They are genuine,honest, respectful and truly wish the best for their clients. I would highly recommend Invision Hardwood & Decor for your next project. Lesley

Excellent product offering and friendly service. We stepped in with 0 knowledge on hardwood, vinyl and cork flooring. Dov has extensive knowledge having worked in the trade. He took the time to present all the product lines, the differences between them, along with recommendations based on actual jobs he and his team did in the past that are similar to our reno job. He was courteous and most importantly extremely patient with us in answering all of our questions and accepting the inherent delays and reschedulings during a process that stretched over 2 months. The high quality of the service and personal touch was the main reason for which we decided to give Invision our business. I strongly recommend it.

Thus is a genuinely rated 5 star company. Not a new company with 5 star ratings. People give out 5 stars too easily . This is a genuine first class 5 star company. Why ,? They had ethics professionalism and manners and they were skilled and clean and didn't say corny creepy one liners to me. I'm a single lady and I only write 5 star reviews sparingly. My experience with invision hardwood & decor was great . Found Dov ( sales associate ) extremely knowledgeable about the products and took time to explain differences to me .

Invision Hardwood was highly recommended by a friend. We had had other quotes but companies were unwilling to raise the nosing on the banister to match the height of the hardwood. Dov and Roy insisted that they could do it easily, and they did! They quoted that the job would be done in 4 days but they finished in 3. The installers cleaned up after themselves and helped us move furniture back in place. We are very very pleased with the result.
