Daniel & Erika Ptak, owners of Century Kitchen and Bath, have been professional, friendly and responsive in completing a renovation of our master bath. We had water issues and grout problems for years. They identified leaks and fully waterproofed when installing new products. We love the quality of products and tile company they deal with. Also, Ellisios, Miguel, and crew were very kind and helpful. They cleaned up everyday and worked very hard including double checking details with us during the process. Thank you. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience using Century Bathrooms. The price quoted was reasonable, the employees were friendly and worked very hard to provide an excellent quality of craftsmanship, the mess and disruption to the flow of everyday life was minimal and the bathrooms look fantastic.

We just completed a full master bathroom renovation with Century Bathrooms and Kitchens and are thrilled with the outcome, and love our new bath. Working with Daniel and Erika really set Century apart from other contractors, and in meeting and discussing our project with them it was that sense of trust that helped us select them over other proposals. They communicated with us before the project began and throughout, until it was completed. There was no detail too small or request that they did not work to meet. Not having completed a large project like this before, we relied heavily on their design guidance and experience to arrive at the final specifications, and we’re glad we did. The crew was also outstanding. From protecting our home with floor and furniture coverings, and barriers around the outside of the bathroom, to cleaning up after each day, it made the whole project easy to deal with. Much like Daniel and Erika, you could tell from their workmanship and attention to detail that they cared about the work they were doing and wanted the best outcome possible. As far as the budget and final billing for the project, there were no surprises. The cost proposal we were presented at the start of the project was precisely the same cost at final payment. I would highly recommend Century Bathrooms and Kitchens (and Daniel and Erika) without reservations and would definitely work with them again.

My wife and I have now used Century Bathroom & Kitchens twice to remodel and update our master bedroom bathroom and hall bathroom. I don't usually write reviews, but felt obligated to do so for this company. First, I am extremely impressed with Erika and Daniel - co-owners and professional remodeling experts. They are both strong communicators, focused on producing a quality product, and display exceptional customer service skills. Secondly, their approach trickles down to their staff who are expert in their craftsmanship and quality of work. We have received numerous compliments from relatives and friends on their remodeling efforts for both of our bathrooms. It is rare to find a company leadership team (Erika and Daniel) who take a very hands-on approach to your project from start to finish. Century did great work completely renovating my kitchen and making repairs to my bathrooms. Daniel is patient and ensures good communication throughout. The crews are thoughtful professionals who clearly take pride in their work & clean up each day. At no point does anyone try to “upsell” more work and everyone involved is clearly trying to make sure the homeowners are getting what they want and expect - both in terms of quality & design. Living through a major renovation is tough, but having a conscientious & skilled team, led by someone you can trust, makes it a lot easier.

We hired Century last year for a major renovation of our kitchen and 4 bathrooms. Erika was a great partner and helped us design gorgeous master bathroom and kids bathroom. They did it in accordance to cost and schedule originally quoted. It’s been a year and I called Erika recently and asked her to come look at a faucet. She was very responsive as clearly committed to ensuring her customers are happy. We would use them again for another major renovation and highly recommend them.

Giving a shout out to Century Bathrooms and Kitchens. We contracted them to reno a tiny master bath. We were pleased with the project manager Kelly Copp, He was very attentive to our concerns especially since it was our first experience with a remodel. It took longer than predicted due to holiday and communication issues. The tile guy did a good job. We are very happy with the design and would consider using the company in the future requesting Kelly Copp since he was a skilled craftsman and personable.

We had two full bathrooms remodeled and a third full bathroom installed. The projects went smoothly and were completed on time. I found everyone to be polite, dedicated, knowledgeable, business-like, and a craftsperson at what they do. The new bathrooms are beautiful and we're proud of them. About $70,000.00 total.

Daniel & Erika were incredibly flexible and helpful in our request for them to do a "partial job" on our master bathroom. We are thrilled with the results! Century was able to start and complete the project earlier and faster than anticipated. Workers were polite, conscientious, neat, and consulted with us any time they had any questions. They genuinely wanted the project done well and to our satisfaction. Daniel and Erika were highly responsive whenever we had questions about the project. We would definitely use them again for home projects!

Century Bath and Kitchen did a superb job remodeling my bathroom. They explained everything in detail and made the whole process easy. I live in a condominium community without main water shut-off in unit and they took care of coordinating water shut-off with my HOA. Throughout the project, they kept my small condominium clean. Given that I have only one main bathroom, Century Bath and Kitchen went ahead of schedule to finish the project but did not sacrifice quality. Their staff was courteous, friendly, responsive, and patient. I would highly recommend Century Bath and Kitchen for your bathroom remodeling projects.

I just had my master bath remodeled by Century Bath after not having it updated since I moved into my home almost 30 years ago. Everything was updated, except the toilet, which I had recently replaced. Erika, Daniel, and all the employees who came in to work on the project were great to work with, and very professional. Erika gave me some ideas that I had not thought of or did not know about. The employees who came to the house, put protective covering on my floors and cleaned up each day before they left. I researched and received quotes from about 7 different bath remodeling companies and general contractors. They were not the least expensive, nor the most expensive quote, but included a few features that others did not include, such as repainting and replacing a chandelier in my high ceiling. I had a sunken whirlpool tub that I wanted removed and replaced with a freestanding tub. Some contractors did not want to remove the sunken tub because that required the floor to be built up and permits to be issued, which other contractors did not want to deal with. I also wanted to add more storage space, so I now have a nice linen cabinet next to my vanity, a beautiful freestanding tub with a modern tub filler, an expanded shower with a cool U by Moen controller to turn on the shower and adjust the temp. I love the new tile and fixtures as well. It feels like a spa bathroom that I’ll enjoy using for several years, and will be attractive to prospective buyers whenever I’m ready to sell my home.

From the first visit to their attractive showroom for our initial meeting, to the day the last light bulb was installed, our interaction with the entire crew was professional and enjoyable.
