We combine the various aspects of design, budgeting, transparency, coordination, and planning: the essential ingredients for completion of a successful project. We have been very fortunate to work with Dream Builders as a Plumbing Sub-contractor on many projects of all sizes and scopes. My experience working with Dream Builders was a bliss, not always the way it goes on these projects as we work with many builders. Building a complicated custom home is always a challenge, and you're only as good as your team. Every project has set a precedent for organization, quality and safety and Dream Builders was diligent and dedicated to doing it right. My workers always compliment the cleanness, safety, organization of the subs and having all the specs ahead of the time! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for the highest quality workmanship and attention to detail.

I have worked with Dream Builfers / Rob K on several projects and have one coming up with them. The first was the replacement / remodel of all of my bathrooms, the second, the finishing of my basement including new en-suite bathroom. I find it easy working with them, the planning process is good, the costs are transparent & I am always happy with the finished work. The people that the company employs are professional, friendly & always polite. Rob is creative and has good ideas on the products we should use. The team he uses are good problem solvers and are always flexible to changes as the project is ongoing (for example replacing additional windows & putting in a new walk-in closet, all at reasonable extra cost). The partners that they recommend are also usually good & I tend to always go with Rob’s recommendations. If they are any after glitches, they get fixed quickly and the level of communications is always good. Happy to recommend

Rob K. has been extremely responsive to any questions we've had and has fixed the few minor things that we've pointed out since moving in last summer. We highly recommend Rob K. and his team. If you want a beautiful house, you should hire him to build it.

We worked with Dream Builders (Rob Krakowiak) for about 1.5 years to build our dream house in Mamaroneck, NY. Rob is highly experienced -- he has built over a dozen homes in the area. He is thoughtful and creative and worked through numerous challenges along the way to get the job done on time and in budget. Rob has a talented team of sub-contractors as well and we had a good experience with them also. Rob is extremely trustworthy and highly professional. It was a pleasure working with him on our house. We liked him so much that we had him do a small commercial remodeling project for us in a local business we own near our house shortly after our house was completed. I hope to work with Rob and Dream Builders again.

Robert and his staff of pros exceeded our expectations on all levels, from start to finish. The thing that impressed me the most was his ability to take our idea, offer his expertise and deliver it in a way that made the most practical sense, saving us money without compromising quality and our desired look. We are extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship and end result. He made us feel as if we were his only clients during construction, fully aware that he had other projects & commitments at the same time.

Rob and his company built 600 Sq Foot by extending my house into the back garden and upgraded the old part of the house. He demolished a backroom and garage, and built out 3 stories, including new garage, living room, master bedroom, master bathroom, walk in closet and office. He also installed a new kitchen, and upgraded the old parts of the house. He replaced the entire roof and installed A/C throughout the house. He did the work very efficiently and quickly through the winter months and was able to complete the work in approximately 5 months. His team who were on-sight 6 days a week, overcame various problems quickly, and helped us to make key decisions on kitchen and bathroom design. His team has been accessible and helpful. From a budgetary perspective, Rob was the most affordable of quotes - there were some extra's that were needed during the build, and i chose to spend significantly more than some of the allowances. Overall a good experience.

Rob and his team are the best. They built our home from scratch, and they did an incredible job in budget and on time. The workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service is incredible. More than that, Rob just has a very good sense as to what will work and not work, and he truly cares about his clients and their needs. I can tell he takes great pride in what he does, and I feel grateful every day that we worked with him! I can't recommend him highly enough.

Rob and his entire team are extremely professional and knowledgable. My husband and I purchased a home that Rob was building that was about 90% complete but we could already tell from the quality and beauty of the work that it would be perfect when complete. Not only did Rob meet all deadlines but made sure we were in our home just in time for our first child to arrive. While the house has long been completed we still call Rob for any small project we have in mind and he is always very responsive and does the best job.
