Our primary bathroom was completely redone. We really like the materials we selected with the help of the staff and the workmanship was first rate. The work crew headed by Alfonso could not have been better. Finally, whenever we had questions or needed something, the staff was very responsive. We plan on having Dulles Kitchen and Bath do some more remodeling in our house in the near future.

Had a great experience. Johan was very responsive to our needs and was accommodating when some appliance accidents required us to push back our start date. Rothnny did a great, thorough job with both our complete kitchen and bath remodeling, explaining things along the way and making sure we had input on details we hadn't thought of previously.

Great experience all around. From design through product recommendations and final selections. Once work commenced the team assigned was always prompt and courteous. Very thorough and helpful, an excellent craftsman. Special recognition to our designer Patrick; he listened to our requirements and delivered. All around a very smooth process. We were lucky enough to connect with Johan from Dulles Kitchen and Bath and we hit the jackpot. He's the perfect mix of guiding you and respecting your style. He listened to what we wanted and incorporated it into our design. This sounds trivial but his customer service skills are extraordinary. He was responsive, empathetic and a problem solver. He certainly made the process much easier for us and when we hit bumps, he always handled them well. Issues always come up, it's how people handle them that really show you who they are. We would highly recommend Johan to everyone and everyone. We also live in a townhouse and he worked with us without a ton of upselling realizing that we love our home but it's not our forever home. If you've met someone that says "no problem" by default but never follows through? This is NOT Johan. If he says "no problem" it happens. Second part of the review... Jose. I have never in my life met someone with such attention to detail. Jose is clearly super experienced and will also tell you when he doesn't agree with what you are doing, which is a trait I respect. Using no sparingly, means it's worth listening when someone says it. Both Johan and Jose handled issues SO well it really was as painless as a remodel can be.

Dulles did several bathrooms for us. They all came out great. The work was very high quality, performed on-time with skilled craftsman at a reasonable price. They also came back to tie up a loose end. I highly recommend them.

Dulles K+B replaced several counter tops, a back splash, our fireplace surround, and our flooring. They always responded quickly to our calls/e-mails even though things are crazy now with Covid. The quality-to-price ratio was excellent. The work was performed with care and looks beautiful.

Dulles Kitchen & Bath did an excellent job remodeling both my Master Bathroom and Guest Bathroom. The Master Bath remodel was pretty complicated and included building a fully sealed custom steam shower with a digital control panel. As a first-time homeowner, I was concerned about making the steam shower as water/vapor-proof as possible to prevent mold from growing behind the tile. DK&B went out of their way to add extra vaporpoofing to make me feel confident about the remodel, and didn’t even charge any additional fees! I highly recommend them to anyone in the DMV area looking to remodel their bathroom, and would hire them again in the future.

From start to finish, we were very happy. We had previously renovated a master bathroom in another house, so we knew what we were getting into, and basically what we wanted. We contacted Johan and he helped us with the design (same floor plan) and choice of tile/vanities. He was able to schedule the project to meet my timing needs, and his crew was talented, professional, and easy to have working in the house. They finished essentially on time, at a reasonable price, and we have a beautiful new master bathroom that we love.

I hired DKB to completely gut and renovate my 500 square foot studio back in September of 2018. I consulted with Johan on the general design, made payments to Ali, and coordinated with Firuz on the execution. The main areas of construction were heavy in the kitchen and bathroom areas. I had already hired a kitchen designer to provide the kitchen layout and overall look. I pulled up all the old carpet and hardwoods, as well as removed some of the kitchen cabinetry and bathroom wall tile. DKB helped remove the rest of the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. The items I was planning to keep and reuse (like the stainless steel fridge) remained and was covered. DKB also removed an entire wall, as well as trimmed out parts of other to create larger open spaces. The walls were made out of concrete and plaster, not your traditional 2x4’s and drywall. The place became “livable” again in Mid-late December which was much further out on the timeline than originally discussed. Sonabout 4 months from when the project began. I was unable to live in the apartment during that time. Again the place isn’t big at 500 sq ft so that was slightly frustrating. Adding to that was the lack of communication at times from Firuz. I stopped by on many occasions either throughout the week or on the weekends and there times where no work was being performed in the apartment for days at a time. I believe a full week went by in October and the place had not seen any work done. I know this because I walked into a leak in the kitchen that DKB knew about and placed a bucket under to catch the water and let it fill up and overflow into the new base cabinet floor and concrete floor. I went with a very modern/clean look throughout the place and the quality of the materials used are excellent. The quality of the work I would say was above average for the most part. I guess with all final construction projects there were a number of punch list items requiring DKB to address. I believe the last time they came out to finish adding grout to an area of the kitchen backsplash was in May of 2019. I didn’t list all the items that needed to be fixed or re-worked, but despite all this I would recommend DKB to others with the caveat that communication may be hit or miss, could experience potential delays in the project timeline (8 months total for my 500 sq ft apt), and definitely expect to find quality control issues requiring remediation or fixing. At the end of the day the space is beautiful and the majority of that is because of DKB and their willingness to try and make things right. Good luck out there and happy renovating!

This review is for a master bathroom. The team did a great job overall, was professional and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. We had water damage on the wall from an old original shower door and decided to update with a frameless glass shower door. The overall contractors did a nice job and our bathroom is now updated and stylish. Overall communication was a little spotty from time to time.

My bath project was recently completed and I could not be more pleased with Dulles Kitchen & Bath, Johan and his entire team... From start to finish, the project was fast, efficient and smooth. Johan was a gem to work with....even helping me reassess the project after needing to realign funds after an unrelated major house expenditure was required. Hannibal and team were efficient and extremely conscientious and neat....each day they left the work site clean and tidy... If you have any hesitation as to why to consider Dulles Kitchen & Bath, please know that my experience was excellent...I highly recommend!

We upgraded our bathroom and remodeled our kitchen after we experienced a water leak. For both jobs we hired Dulles Kitchen and Bath. We were happy with the quick response time and the outcome of the completed job. The estimated time of completion for the bath and kitchen were somewhat accurate. Only the finishing touches took a little bit longer to complete as anticipated. Staff was great to work with. Thank you!

We hired Dulles Kitchen and Bath to completely remodel our very outdated kitchen. From my initial meeting with Ali, I got a very good feeling about the company. Ali was very knowledgeable and pointed out several items I didn't think about when planning the remodel. I also got a few other quotes and settled with DKB because their quote was the most reasonable to us. They have a nice showroom with a great deal of selection and the work was done very smoothly over the 4-5 weeks. Our kitchen looks amazing and we keep getting so many compliments. I definitely recommend them and would use them again. They are also very responsive and have great customer service. Highly recommend them.

I was a little worried picking David over Goliath, but I could not be more pleased. Not only did they finish on time, but they made several modifications from the original design at no extra charge, even though it caused some re-work and some custom building! Val did a great job of fabricating a piece to make the "stick built" cabinet they custom built fit in with the Medallion cabinets they installed. Support from the PM Sidan has been fantastic. I have already shown it off to others interested in a kitchn redesign and recommended Dulles K&B.

The moment I saw the kitchen cabinets, quartz countertop and white subway backsplash in my neighbor’s house, I knew I had to get one too. My neighbor was the one who told me about Dulles kitchen and bath. As I was going in blind, I had no idea what to expect. Our designer Ali and project manager Sinan was very friendly and they showed me dozens of designs. They have a great portfolio in their showroom. The design was in a word: Perfect and I had plenty of space in my kitchen. The white shaker cabinets, the quartz countertop and hardwood floor are the biggest things that I love most in the design. I was on a limited budget and the staff at Dulles Kitchen and Bath was able to help me find quality products within my budget and I am very pleased with the end results. The installers were punctual and made every effort to keep the areas clean and picked up during the construction process. If i had any problems or concerns they were addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. Very pleased with the 3 bathrooms I had them redo.

Great company! We decided to go with Dulles kitchen and bath based on their reputation. We could not have been any happier with the job. From the beginning walking in the showroom for the first time to when the job was completed and even afterward their customer service and professionalism was second to none. We hired Dulles Kitchen and Bath through a friend's referral to renovate our kitchen. Ali was the designer and estimator - he worked with us throughout the process. Sinan was the PM. The entire project took three weeks to complete. Sinan was very pleasant to work with. He wanted to make sure that everything was done per the spec and patiently addressed all our queries and requests. The kitchen looks fabulous and we highly recommend.

I had Dulles Kitchen and Bath build my kitchen project in summer 2018. I can easily say that Dulles Kitchen and Bath has done a professional job from the beginning to the end of my project. Before signing a contract with this company, I received a price from other companies too. The contract amount that this company offered to me was definitely more reasonable than the remodeling companies. Although the drawings of my kitchen project were made, I made some layout changes in the middle of the project. Designer Ali professionally applied the changes to the project perfectly. The crew were nice and clean when the team worked at my house. I would like to thank project manager Sinan who responds to all my phone and e-mails 24/7. If you think about doing business with this company, you can be sure to do business with the right guys. I would like to thank Designer Ali in particular for offering me to have my kitchen cabinets put in a floodlights. Although I don't want to add this extra, I see that Ali has made me a very accurate offer every time I use it. I think I'll hire this company again for my master bathroom project next summer.

We used Dulles Kitchen and Bath for the second time this past summer. The remodel project was huge and consisted of moving walls, creating new space, 3 bathrooms and kitchen. The project was completed on time with no surprises. Co owner Ali Koparan is a great listener and who wants to please his client. Would hire them again for a future project.

The team at Dulles Kitchen and Bath was truly amazing. We were looking for someone who would be able to help us from start to finish. It seemed that many of the contractors we found were only experts in one area or another. We moved into our home in December of 2017. The house was built in 1992 and the bathroom was carpeted and the toilet was not framed in. There was also a huge Jacuzzi tub typical of that time. Bob is the design man on the team. We explained our desire to have the toilet framed in, for a two person shower and heated tile floor. Within a week we were meeting Bob at the design center where he showed us the drawings he had come up with. Next, we picked out the tile, cabinets etc. We actually were able to select everything in 1 ½ hours. For the next stage we met with the project manager, Sinan. Sinan was our single point of contact and kept everything moving along smoothly. We started the project in the mid-January and had the project completed by mid-March. I typically like to do my own work, but as the project unfolded I realized that it could take me a year to do the project myself. It required removing the entire bathroom floor, pulling circuits from the basement, a new custom shower floor, and all new plumbing. Nelson and crew were the workers for the project. They too were amazing. Nelson worked with the permit inspectors and made sure everything was done well and to standard. I would definitely use them again. The project stayed very close to on budget with just a few bumps due to some of our changes. If we were to do it over again we would’ve placed the light switch on the inside of the toilet space and we might’ve picked a different tub because the tub we picked based on its size is made of fiberglass and I’d prefer porcelain. The one thing I did do was fill the void in the bottom of the tub with insulation to keep the water warmer longer. Lastly, I was unhappy that our water pressure was terrible on the faucets. I procrastinated for months and finally got the nerve to call. Sinan came out the next day, come to find out the aerator was filled with crud possibly from our water heater. It was a simple fix that I could’ve done myself, yet Sinan didn’t complain. This was the one thing keeping me back from giving them this review. We couldn’t ask for a better team from start to finish. The project moved quickly (less the five days we went without power from a storm) and stayed on track. The budget strayed very little and they were very easy to work with and resolved our concerns and issues quickly. Communication was excellent. I think we picked the best company for the project and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Johann was excellent in design and was very helpful in putting ideas on paper. After a couple meetings with Johann we reach our desired plan for our dream kitchen. Johann was helpful in picking the items for our kitchen from the cabinets,pulls, Quartz counters and flooring. The timing to start was set once our kitchen items arrived. They started on time and proceeded continuously to completion. Our construction team was very pleasant and work well with us to complete every detail in the kitchen. They made sure that we were happy with their workmanship and were there to please. From kitchen design to completion is a process. Dulles Kitchen and Bath delivered in making our dream kitchen!

We used Dulles Kitchen and Bath to perform a partial renovation of one bathroom (vanity, sink, countertop, faucet, medicine chest, towel bar, and lighting), and to add a decorative tile sink backsplash to a second bathroom. Other bath and kitchen renovators would not even talk to us because we were not doing a total renovation. They told us to go to a big box store, however we wanted to deal with a vendor who would take total responsibility for the job. Dulles treated us as though we were doing a much bigger renovation. Ben Nowlin, our salesperson, was very helpful in selecting the various items we needed, and pricing out various options. The work crew, managed by project manager Firuz Z., completed the work very quickly, and clearly wanted to please us. There were two minor issues which remained to be addressed when the work was completed, and they were resolved the very next day. We were very pleased with the final product.

Dulles Kitchen and Bath completed my master bath this summer (August 2018), and they were pretty good overall. There were a number of significant issues throughout the project. For example, (1) an incorrect measurement of the countertop, (2) an incorrect installation of the shower diverted, and (3) repeated replacement of the tile due to incorrect align of granite veins. With the exception of the countertop, they were able to corrected all discrepancies. The Project Manager, Sinan, did a really good job at alleviating and managing our concerns. He was very professional and timely in responding to our expectations. He even went above and beyond by customizing our shower floor with 4x4 tiles. However, Dulles Kitchen and Bath failed to live up to the expectations conveyed by the owner (Yohan Saygi). During the interview, we explicitly ask and were told that we would be able to communicate with the workers onsight; the installation team would be dedicated only to our project; and lastly they do not subcontract out their work. These were all FALSE. Throughout the project, the onsight project officer was sporadically available. He was the only member of the onsight team that could speak English, and the countertop installation and shower door were subcontracted out. Without a doubt, the fact that the project officer was sporadically onsight was the root cause of many of the problems we experienced. The biggest disappointment was when I attempted to meet and discuss the project and issues with the owner, in hope of solidifying a relationship for future re-modeling opportunities (my kitchen). At a minimum, we wanted to show him the final product. After all, he came onsight to sell us the project and sold us on their marksmanship. Most importantly to express our level of satisfaction with the end product. After two attempts, he finally texted me and said, “I’m busy, and to put any comments I have in a survey”. So.....based on my experience, I would recommend them with caution. If you going to hire them for a project, just note personal oversight is REQUIRED.

Great Second Experience!! Dulles has completed the second Bath renovation this year for us. We are very happy with dealing with the designer (Allie), project manager (Firuz )and the on site workers who did the demolition and installation of the area. The work was scheduled in a timely manner and each day the project manager was either on site or checked in to observe the progress. All the on-site workers were very punctual, and considerate of the home to maintain a clean working area. The quality of the work was very good and the workers were knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Would certainly recommend Dulles Kitchen and Bath!!!

We highly recommend Dulles Kitchen and Bath. This was our first kitchen renovation and we couldn't be happier. During this process we evaluated three companies and one of the major reasons we went with Dulles, besides our confidence and comfort level with Ali, was because they do it all. From the hardwood floors, cabinets, countertops, lighting, appliance installation and more. This was very valuable to us because we could have one point of contact for everything. Ali was awesome and patient during the design process which we made several changes. He was extremely quick to respond to emails and questions we had. Ali came to our house and offered suggestions on design and next we went to the showroom to pick our cabinets. He even gave us a cabinet door to drive out to their countertop distributor in Sterling to help us make our final color pick as we placed against full size Quartz slabs. If you are thinking of a renovation look no further. The installation crew led by Firuz was great and respected our home and wishes. They stayed in constant communication, completed the job on time and even handled an unexpected sub floor issue. They handled all permits and appointments with county inspectors and had a detailed installation and renovation schedule. Over two months later and both Firuz and Ali have checked in to see how we are enjoying our kitchen. We can't speak highly enough about them and we love our new kitchen!

I contacted Ali at Dulles Kitchen & Bath about renovating our sadly out-of-date kitchen. He proposed new cabinets, floor, lighting, counters and paint that would do the job without breaking us financially. He also referred me to an appliance person to work with on buying new appliances, which made things easier because I didn't have to worry about coordinating appliance deliveries and installations. We kept the same floor plan, but Ali recommended removing a cabinet that stuck out into the middle of the kitchen, which opened up the whole area tremendously. The entire project took two weeks from start to finish and I am very pleased with the result.

I can't recommend Dulles Kitchen & Bath highly enough! Johan was fantastic to work with. He was very accommodating, patient, and kind with my wife and I through several changes and many questions. Out of all the bids we received, Johan was the only one who kept his word on timing. He came to our house on a Saturday and told us the design and proposal would be ready the next Saturday at his showroom. We went to the showroom and he had everything ready for us. All other companies took a week or two longer than they promised, and some obviously didn’t remember some of the things we wanted or didn’t want, because their designs were not reflective of what we were looking for. These guys are genuine, they care, and they go out of their way to help and anticipate your needs. Johan was always very responsive via email and phone when we needed him or had some questions. He was never pushy or impatient. The crew that came out to install our kitchen was fantastic! Rothnny and Val were detailed, conscientious, and meticulous in their work. We felt comfortable having them in our home for a month and really appreciated their approachability and openness to discussing project details. They really thought through all the details, which is not always the case with many contractors. Sinan, the project manager, is a good guy. He was always courteous and helpful. I also appreciated that he would go out of the way to ensure we were happy with everything and accommodated some minor changes we had with no issue whatsoever. I highly recommend you call these guys and will do so myself in the future when we remodel our bathrooms.

Dulles Kitchen and Bath completed my total full bathroom remodel on time as scheduled and to my 100% satisfaction. The team members were professional, highly skilled, knowledgeable and very personable. During the demolition phase the supervisor suggested the addition of a ceiling light above the bath/shower which I agreed to and so very glad that I did! Such a major improvement to the small dark bathroom! During the project the team requested my preference on minor topics adding their experienced suggestions. The remodel results ended better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend this company and skilled team members.

We recently completed a renovation with Dulles Kitchen and Bath. They completely gutted and re-built our kitchen, refinished the hardwood floors on our main level (adding hardwood floors in our living room to complement the existing), repainted our foyer, and added additional lighting throughout the main level as requested. We are very pleased with the final result, as our home looks ‘brand new’ and we will enjoy it for years to come. There were several “bumps in the road” during the renovation process, requiring us to negotiate with the company’s co-owner to seek resolution and to safeguard that the project was completed within scope, as initially planned. However, we are most grateful for Sinan, the project manager, as he graciously served as a liaison between the co-owner, the onsite workers, and us (i.e., the customers). He was – and continues to be – available to address all concerns in a timely, contentious, and friendly manner. The onsite workers were fantastic! We will be forever grateful to Rodney and Val for their attention to detail, persistence, and dedication to the project’s success. Furthermore, Douglas and his crew should be commended for their artistry with flooring. Our floors are gorgeous! It looks like our living room always had hardwood floors, as the job is flawless. In short, Dulles Kitchen and Bath engage quality sub-contractors and ensure that the front line staff are dedicated to the clients.

Had a wonderful experience working with Dulles Kitchen and Bath. Pamela Gayster, the Bath Designer was so personable and offered up lots of good ideas. We worked really well together. Sinan Top, the Project Manager, was very professional in his meetings with me and kept in touch almost daily on the progress of the job. Had an issue of finding just the right size sink to fit the new vanity in a way that I could use both drawers. Dulles went on a search and found just the right sink that worked! I was very impressed with the hardworking, efficient and polite construction crew too. Dulles K&B was right on schedule in completing the work. Smooth going from beginning to finish. Love the new look in my ‘shoebox’ of a bathroom. It’s small but has a really cool and contemporary vibe now.

The contractors and the supervisor did a very good job. There were a few things that came up during the project but they were handled in a very professional way. I would recommend them to anyone looking to do a kitchen renovation.

We were very happy with Dulles Kitchen and Bath!! Things turned out great, and everything was done within the time that we were told, and they did a great job cleaning up each day. I would definitely recommend them to others! Sinan was a great project manager and VERY organized, and Baha helped us greatly with picking things out.

Overall good experience with Dulles Kitchen & Bath. We hired them for our kitchen - it was a full gut - new appliances, cabinets, floors - the contractor was great and the job was well done. Only critique is lack of communication between the contractor and designer that caused a few minor delays along the way. Recommend just staying on top of the designer to make sure all the boxes are checked and things are ordered on time.

Dulles Kitchen and Bath recently completed a renovation of our kitchen and master bath. We are very happy with the results, as well as the process. We had an issue with the kitchen cabinets that caused a delay but Ali and Johan were extremely responsive in resolving the issue to our satisfaction. I hired Dulles Kitchen and Bath to remodel my kitchen, lay new tile flooring, and relocate my washer dryer, after reading a review that said how respectful they were of the home during the renovation process. And it was spot on! Jose and his crew were 100% lovely to work with. My designer, Chris, was so helpful and patient, and my project manager, Sinan, was really responsive. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. And the pictures show their expertise!

I have used DK& B for a kitchen 2 years ago and then chose them again for a full bath and bedroom remodel. They have an excellent showroom, friendly and knowledgeable professionals and they are reasonably priced. The work is excellent and we are very happy with beautiful finished project. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

The kitchen project was to update 1980’s cabinets and counters. We then added building a “breakfast bar” which meant removing a pantry and closet and rebuilding those in a new location. During the construction a “storage wall” was added to the project. We received initial bids from four companies and we narrowed it down to two who we felt most comfortable with. We chose Dulles Kitchen and Bath (K&B) over the other company despite the other company having better reviews, because we felt Chris, the Dulles designer, did a better job of listening to what we wanted. He patiently modified multiple designs, providing 3D images to match our changes. We saw a picture of a “breakfast bar” and decided it would be a better use of an area adjacent to the kitchen. Chris’s ability to translate our desires into 3D designs allowed us to see what would be best and discard those that would not work well. Chris also came up with a wonderful solution to our blind corner, better than any other I’ve ever seen. Rotheny and Val did a phenomenal job and are true craftsmen. Their insight and experience helped us choose details that brought the whole project together better than we envisioned. We were completely comfortable giving them access to our house including when we were not home. Dulles K&B ended up tiling a half wall in the adjacent powder room. They also built a custom designed “storage wall” to better use available space. Even though neither of those were in the contract, and required them to uninstall and move cabinets they just installed, they didn’t charge for the additional labor or materials! I told Sinan, our project manager, the kitchen is better than we dreamed because they made changes as our dream was being realized. They did take about as long as they estimated they would, but since we changed the design, they had to do some “re-work” that was on us, not them. We believe we received better service from Dulles K&B than we would have from the other company and we are perfectly happy with the result. We will likely use them again and would recommend them to others.

We hired Dulles Kitchen and Bath to remodel a powder room and the kids' bathroom. They were always courteous and respectful of the constraints put on us by our three small kids. They even expedited the floor and toilet installation in the powder room so we could use it while they worked on the full bath. We are very pleased with the results and the kids love their new bathroom.

I had my entire kitchen redesigned. The Dulles K&B team did a fabulous job with it. They were very professional and delivered the job on time. Chris Peters was the sales person for the project and he was very helpful in designing the project, including selection of hardware and other materials. Once the contract was signed, Sinan took over the execution of the project. He was constantly in touch during the execution and took care of all the items in a timely and professional manner. Pricing was reasonable and the quality of the work was beyond my expectation. Ali was also supervising the project and made sure that the contractors were delivering the work. The contractors came on time as promised. I certainly recommend them for kitchen remodeling work of any kind.

Our master bathroom needed repairing: we had some water damage due to poor installation of tile shower & glass door (that were in place when we bought our home). We went to a home show a few months ago to get ideas and spoke with a representative from Dulles Kitchen and Bath. He was very professional. I called a few days later & set up an appointment. Dulles Kitchen and Bath representative arrived on time, assessed our shower, and provided details regarding removal of our current tile/glass door & replacement with their product. We were quoted a price, paid ½ up front, and had our installation done a few weeks later. Everything was perfect! They arrived on time, did the work perfectly, cleaned up afterwards, and now we have a fantastic new shower as well as kitchen backsplash. I could not have asked for a more perfect, professional installation!

This company is absolutely wonderful. The sales person was a total professional and was a joy to work with, all the prices remained exactly what they said it would be. The actual crew that did the work were totally professional and new exactly what they were doing. They made me feel a part of the process all the way through. I had my apprehensions because the job required a complete tear down of the old bathroom all the way down to the studs. All studs were replaced and a complete bathroom took shape and the transformation was incredible. I recently used Dulles kitchen &bath to remodel my master bathroom shower. I enjoyed their process of going through their product choices (all very nice)and really appreciated their salesman. Once I selected my products I was immediately contacted by the project manager who updated me on the project start and timeline. The project manager called me every week to update me on the material build out, it was great when the project started a couple weeks early. The installation was fantastic and on one-time. I will note that on the first day of the install the installer called me to alert me of a dry-wood termite problem. The install team let my pest inspector come in. It was great that the installer told me of the damage and they repaired the damage within budget. I love my new shower, really enjoy the solid glass doors! I recommend Dulles for your bathroom remodeling needs.

His team finished my basement, including building a partition wall, basement kitchen, installing hardwood flooring, some additional carpentry. Everything they did looks great. Johan did a great job during the construction time, he was a perfect bridge between us and their working crew. The craftsmanship of Rothnny and Valentin was superb and they informed me with every step what they had been doing, from plumbing to tiling to cabinet set up. That made me feel secure and gave me a sense of control over the whole process. Of course we had little problems and setbacks with the job which is reasonable but Johan would communicate with me to understand exactly what we wanted in the design; such as the load bearing wall, new front and rear doors, the hardwood floors, and new staircase. I have been writing this review sitting at the computer desk in my kitchen and I am so happy with the outcome. Johan help me get a customized vanity / sink combo that I couldn't find any where else (even on the web). The team there even help drill additional holes into the sink top. Johan was very easy to talk to over the phone and communicated promptly by email. I wish I actually set foot in the shop before picking up the vanity I ordered over the phone / email. The selection here is awesome and the prices beat alot of internet retailers as well. They stock both traditional and contemporary fixtures. (Grohe, Toto, hansgrohe - home depot doesn't stock these higher end fixtures) After they provided me the 3D draft, I was in love with the look. Somehow they were able to make the master bathroom way bigger than what it was before. They were so helpful with the product and color choice. We went with Cambria for our master bathroom and granite for girls bathroom. They were able the find the specific color we were looking. It went very smoothly. We had two or three consultation visits up front to be sure we had the right plan which would satisfy our needs with the new design/space and work within our budget and it certainly has fulfilled our vision. We had a bathroom in mind which is not ornate but simple and elegant while using the space more efficiently. This new design entailed cutting back two walls, relocating plumbing and electrical and tearing out our old tile (and the layer of concrete found underneath). A lot of work. The quality of the materials tile, cabinets, countertops and fixtures is excellent and the tiling of the shower just gorgeous. This was a very well planned and executed job. The workmanship is excellent, and evident in every detail. The professionals from Dulles who coordinated this job and who actually did the installation, carpentry, tiling and painting were an absolute pleasure to work with and very polite, quiet, neat and conscientious, disturbing the household as little as possible while consulting us on details and preferences (and making suggestions as well) along the way to make sure we would be happy with the results and we certainly are.

Awesome is the best word to describe Johan and his crew. It was easy to pick out the granite and though I wanted a backsplash that they didn't carry, it was no problem. They ordered the tile. The guys showed up on time; their work showed real craftsmanship and a desire for perfection. I couldn't be more thrilled.

I can't say enough good things about Dulles Kitchen and Bath. We decided to go with this place because they were reasonably priced and we were very happy with the vast selection of options for the kitchen. Johan came out to give us an estimate and he was there every step of the way after. He came by the house every day to check on the progress and responded to emails with any questions or concerns we had promptly. As for the guys who completed the work, Rothnny and Valentin did the majority of the work and they were amazing! They worked so hard to get things done. They worked late if necessary and always left the house clean. We have a golden retriever and Johan, Rothnny and Valentin were great with him. My husband and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to redo their kitchen! We plan on using them to update several bathrooms in our house as well.

A mutual friend recommended Dulles Kitchen and Bath for their workmanship. We were assigned Ali and his group of workers who, from the first day of consultation to wrapping up the project and even coming over afterwards to see if we weren’t experiencing problems, were completely opposite to our previous experience. Ali was very cooperative. He began by asking us about the kind of design and budget we had in mind. Seeing how we were willing to spend a few extra bucks for the right accessories that would enhance the functionality, we were offered some sample designs. We selected and the work started. Their efficiency impressed us; their friendliness made us eager to approach and learn more about the process while they answered all our questions. The kitchen was demolished so we even had plumbers and electricians coming over. Imagine our surprise when there were no complaints from the neighbors the whole time! They were that careful. With the water and electricity running, a new and trendy flooring, cabinets, windows, and countertops were installed. The materials were customized to match the appliances too. They were extremely patient and answered all our questions, any queries regarding updates and even outlined their plan for us one step at a time.. The approach – punctuality and dedication to excellence – made them efficient enough to finish the extensive task in time. Where the earlier managers have repeatedly let us down, you delivered, point blank, everything that was promised to us. Hats off to Ali and his team too who had the arduous task of completing the perfect restroom for our guestroom. What’s more is that they delivered in a timely manner and as per our expectations too. From the creative head to all the plumbers and electricians on staff, no one was late, everyone was friendly and took care to clean up the stains and debris lying around after the days’ work ended just as they would have done for their own home. So, yes, I was amazed and I was impressed. The wonderful ideas were kept within our budget and they were able to provide quality products too. The whole thing always left us stressed out whenever we hired ‘professionals’ previously. So we were able to appreciate the help they provided us. My wife and I think the guests are going to be staying for a longer period just for the delight of using the restroom.

Dulles Kitchen and Bath is practically, and from a cost-effective erspective, the best investment you can afford to make as part of your home improvement project. I was fascinated with the makeover they did for the powder room down the hall (glad they didn’t turned it down based on its size) and decided to include in the ones for the master bed and one in my child’s room. Since they were free at the moment – lucky us – we had them working immediately on bathrooms in the respective rooms. The price seemed a bit steep but given that they were handling everything from project designs to not only specifying the types of quality products that would work but also choosing and furnishing the place with them appropriately, I overlooked that point. The upgrade was outstanding. The whole process of installing new lighting, tiles, the beautiful hardware, and cabinetry to perfection was so smooth that it never felt like or triggered any sort of tension for us. I think a lot of was a testament to the positive and problem-solving attitude that our project manager, Ali, displayed throughout.

I want to write up my approval of the job that Dulles Kitchen and Bath did for me. A one-stop shop that they are, the company handled my project of a complete remodeling of our kitchen very professionally. Their aim for quality and our satisfaction was equally reflected in their approach to their respective jobs. Everyone who came up to our house to evaluate, design, replace/repair, and install were hardworking, respectful of our property, and available to respond to our questions courteously. Even Ali was there every day and ensured that there was no miscommunication along the way both for us and among his crew. The transformation of our kitchen is as unbelievable for others as it used to be us before we chose to work with you. By offering many choices, custom options, and materials of excellent quality you have managed to provide us with great convenience in our “small” space. The workmanship has expertise written all over it. It is elegant. The rearrangement meant that I could now have a dishwasher here too. It also means I am facilitated to feeding a large gathering easily. We not have enough of it already. From the sink to the counter top and kitchen island, everything seems to be less demanding in having to keep it clean. I hired Dulles Kitchen and Bath for the renovation of my bathrooms. The whole project was made easy for me (and my neighbors who were not disturbed) when I chose to work with them. The workers exceeded my expectations to complete the project. They began with recommending plans to me on how to go about it and then gave me a quotation. The contract covered everything from their workmanship to the products and materials that were to be used in the project. They took care of everything from the tiles to the plumbing. The job included installation of new porcelain tiles on the floor, the addition of a new toilet, a bigger cabinet, new wallpaper, light fixtures, faucets, toilet paper holder, and towel rings. A bench was built while the tub was replaced with a completely tiled shower area. Further, a small partition wall was included between the toilet and the sink. The door was replaced to finish things off. Each job was seen to by a different crew, and each worker was helpful in providing me with relevant updates. They arrived right on time every day, consulted me courteously, and remodeled my bathrooms, leaving no traces of dirt or other mess behind them.
