Watch out for this company. Mark White will over promise and exagerate your purchase. M. White states everything is made in the U.S.A., not true, only assembled here per the manufacturers website. M. White will state a turn around time of 2-3 weeks, this statement is before you pay the deposit, then M. White will state due to covid and back log of work, it will be 6-8 weeks for delivery and install. Don't give him cash or a check, protect yourself with the use of a credit card. M. White did not give me a legitmate invoice (wonder what he is posting on his books???). Why? M. White states he has no computer to generate an invoice, ok, then hand write me one. Warranty, hah, good luck getting M. White to follow up on that issue, M. White always has an excuse or a comment to your problem, but did not follow up on any of mine. Order your window coverings online and hire an installer, you' ll save a bunch of money and get it done much sooner than 6 weeks. I warned you!!!

Mark and his staff are awesome to work with! They arrive on time and are extremely courteous and helpful. We have been repeat customers and will continue to use East-West blinds for our next home as well.
