My family and I had the pleasure of working with them, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Scott was always very thorough in explaining what he worked on each day, and he made sure to answer any questions we had. He paid close attention to the details and was very reliable, which made the entire process stress-free for us. Sandi was a great help when it came to decorating our newly renovated basement. She listened to our preferences and offered ideas that fit our style perfectly. The end result was absolutely beautiful! We would definitely choose to work with Scott and Sandi again in the future, and we recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and detail-oriented renovation team.

We worked with Scott and Sandi to build an infill in 2019. They managed every aspect from full demo to final finishing. We’ve been living very comfortably in our new house for over a year, with no problems at all. Our home feels really well built. It’s quiet and warm - even on the coldest days the furnace hardly runs. Completing an infill in Edmonton is not for the faint of heart - you need a builder that understands this complicated process. As we built ours, I heard so many anecdotes from colleagues of infills gone wrong. Our build went well, and that’s a testament to the standard of quality and workmanship that Scott and Sandi have. They dealt with curves thrown by city planners, weather and trades, and built us a beautiful home that fits right in with the neighbourhood. They also got along really well with my future neighbours on either side during the build, which is incredibly important for comfortable relationships after you move in. This build took every last cent we had, and then some. It was really helpful that Scott allowed us to put in some sweat equity installing our own floors, decking, kitchen and vanities. I have had Sandi from Energy Efficient Homes work with me over many projects through out the years and completely trust her decorating and design ideas. She has fresh ideas, takes into consideration the use of the space and really helps me create the feel I am looking for. It's really great to have her input on our renovations.

Overall I would say our experience with Energy Efficient Homes was a good one. The renovations and updates that they did were excellent. Scott is easy to talk to and he did his best to explain things things along the way. One thing I would have like to see more of would be written change orders. We were a little surprised by some of the extra charges at the end of the job but Scott worked with us and we came to a fair resolution. I would recommend them and would work with them again.

We had Energy Efficient Homes in our home to do a few renovations. They were very professional and you could tell that they truly cared about doing quality work in a timely manner. We have a few other small projects left to do in our home and we will definitely call them back for these projects.

We worked with Sandi because of her interior design expertise. She was a great help in picking out flooring colours and styles. She has a great knowledge of style and her guidance was helpful in making decisions. She is a fantastic for helping you with your Renovation.

We built an infill home with Energy Efficient Homes that was completed in 2019. I really enjoyed having Sandi’s help with the design aspect. I am no designer but I know what I like and It was nice to use the Houzz app together and use the idea books to achieve the look I wanted. I am so happy with the final product. It is truly a house I am proud of and I get compliments all the time, especially on our kitchen.

Scott and Sandi were a great design/construction team and were professional, efficient and wonderful to work with. We built a home with Energy Efficient Homes. We were able to build a completely custom home for our family and over the years did have lower energy costs than our neighbors. Their wall system also has the benefit of sound reduction, the home is rather close to a busy road and we never had noise in our house. I would recommend this builder to anyone looking to build a new home.

EE Homes built a custom 2400 sqft home for us in 2007. The communication through the process was fantastic, and all issues were dealt with promptly. The home is very comfortable and has their special walk system which really makes a difference. We had no hotnot cold spots, and the noise from outside rarely made it into the house. We highly recommend them and would build again.
