My wife and I deiced to remodel our kitchen after 2 years in our 1973 home. After 4 estimates, we decided to go with Elite Living Remodeling. Elite Living's project manager Yaniv, was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Yaniv provided a floor plan with exactly what we needed in our small kitchen: more counter space, storage space and an open floor plan which required the removal of a wall. When we began demolition we were in beginning stages of the Pandemic, so of course there were a few bumps down the road. We were able to continue construction and Yaniv and his guys were super polite and took every precaution needed to make us feel comfortable while we worked from home, they wore masks at all times. We were super excited when the kitchen remodel was complete and Yaniv gave us the kitchen we always wanted. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend Yaniv (project mgr) with Elite Living Remodeling to others!

We had a large and complicated residential job in Rancho Santa Fe involving a new driveway a retainer wall and city – county permits. Yaniv always answered his phone and was on the job site on a regular basis. What I really appreciate about working with him is this- if there’s a problem, will he fix it? The answer was yes. The a portion of poured concrete was planed wrong & water was coming in the house. I took photographs and called him -the next day the problem was fixed. No drama, no finger-pointing, no trying to renegotiate mid-deal. This company is very expensive but I got what I paid for.

They were very professional from our first contact to the end of the project, and the project was the Kitchen. Elite Living Remodeling gave us most serious offer, they were not lowest at price but their project was just what we wanted and other contractors we contacted just didn't matched to our requests. Working team was fantastic. they were accurate, quick and responsible. They were very careful about yard and house and there was not significant issues during their work. We can't say enough good things about Elite Living Remodeling. We weren't sure of the budget we had in mind but we wanted to update the master bathroom and guest bath in our home. Victor took the time to answer all of our questions and give us a straight forward quote which others did not. The entire team was excellent. We even added on to our project, which wasn't an issue at all. We highly recommend Victor and Elite Living Remodeling. When we decide to do any project we'll be returning to them no question.

Eli Ben Abu from the San Diego office brought in a different team in September to rectify a poor quality job by the Laguna Niguel office on my Master Bath remodel. The project was started by the Laguna office in May but Eli's team had to re-tile nearly the whole bathroom due to quality issues by their subcontractor. The project has finally been completed after 7 months. There were numerous issues with the Laguna Niguel office including quality and compliance with State of CA Business and Professions code on schedule of payments, delivery of materials and change orders.

When my wife and I decided to remodel our kitchen, we solicited three companies. The quotes from all three companies were very similar in cost. However, we decided to use Elite Living Remodeling primarily because of the Project Manager Yaniv. From the very beginning we felt that we were being cared for by Yaniv. From the get-go we were concerned about the original kitchen construction allowing for adjusting a wall configuration without some serious issues. One competitor wanted to proceed with demo and then deal with any issue later, after contract signing. However, Yaniv brought in an architect expert at no cost to us in order to discuss what options we may have and potential costs, long before we signed any contract. During the entire process, Yaniv kept us informed as we transitioned from one phase to another and when we encountered any issues, he dealt with them head-on, but was always calm and unflappable. Yaniv was always accessible and stopped by nearly every day. At times my wife was unsure about what she wanted, whether it be tile or flooring. However, Yaniv was extremely patient, even going out himself and bringing us samples from suppliers we hadn’t looked at. I should also state that there was no effort to use material on display at the Elite showroom. We were encouraged to look elsewhere if we wanted – and we did. We chose a beautiful piece of quartzite (not quartz) which was fairly costly. Unfortunately, due to the square footage needed, we had to order two large slabs. Yaniv went out of his way to negotiate a buy-back of excess material with the supplier, saving us much money and the need to store the heavy unused quartzite. With regard to all products and suppliers, Yaniv demonstrated great knowledge. All Elite teams were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable whether it be for demo, electrical, plumbing, flooring, or cabinetry. My wife and I were impressed with the Elite’s effort to focus on quality and accurate workmanship and not being concerned with speed. We heartily endorse using Elite Living Remodeling for your remodeling needs.
