Craig Smith is an excellent cabinet maker. CIS Property Development has done the cabinetry on most of our projects. He has always delivered exactly what was requested on time and within budget. He is organised, communicates well, is always contactable and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend his company for all cabinetry requirements.

We recently had an apartment bathroom/laundry and separate toilet renovated. The result is amazing - stylish, functional, maximum storage, modern and clean lines. Exactly meeting our brief for our small apartment. I really appreciated the open communication and suggestion of ideas, the detailed and itemised quote and contract, the quality of materials used, their friendliness and professionalism. The entire job was managed from start to finished by CIS Property Development and our timeframes and needs were always taken into consideration. Craig and his team at CIS transformed our post war 3 bedroom 'renovator's delight' into a wonderful 2 level, 2.5 bathroom, 4 bedroom, modern open plan home that we simply love. His wealth of knowledge and ability to come up with great and creative ideas to fix those issues that always pop up in any renovation of refurbishment, was second to none. We were overseas for 4 weeks during the later parts of the project which can be a little worrying but he was all over any issues and kept us in the loop, whilst making numerous decisions for us in our absence and we were happy to trust his judgement.

We are now on our second project with CIS Property Development. 18 months ago Craig and his team renovated our kitchen, we were so impressed with the result and how easy it was to work with them, they are now building underneath our house. Craig and his team make it easy, providing great ideas and designs. They have helped us source appliances and fixtures at great savings. You are never left in the dark with respect to when tradesman are going to be arriving. Craig is a great communicator whether in person. email or via text message you are always up to date. This level of communication really takes the stress out of the job and because we choose to stay in the house through these major renovations it makes a big difference. Craig is a very hands on builder and is totally across the project ensuring the highest quality. He is there working along side every crew that comes in from the demolition, excavation, laying the slab the framing etc. He also keeps you informed as things come up in the project, which they will in a big project. You feel part of the decision making process along the way. Our kitchen project started on time and was finished on target within budget. Now working on a $200 K+ project, it started on time is presently ahead of schedule and with more than 50% of the spend complete we are under the budget. Craig is very transparent around costs and is quick to find a saving and pass it on. We have no problems giving CIS Property the highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed.

CIS Property Development re-did our main bathroom and ensuite. We are very happy with the job and have no hesitation in providing a recommendation. Craig listened to what we wanted, provided advice on design, colours and fixtures, was onsite and hands on with much of the work, organised and supervised the axillary trades (electrician, plumber and tiler) very well. We were always kept in the loop as to the schedule and who was to be on site on what days. Excellent customer service. Would hire again.

CIS did some kitchen renovations at our house and we would be more than happy to recommend CIS to anybody needing to renovate. We would also be more than happy to hire CIS again should we need any other renovations done in the future. Craig and the team take a lot of pride in their work and it shows.
