Brooke and her team from Sash Et Al are simply amazing, right through the process from quote, start, work, finish to an impeccable clean up. Sash et al repaired all of our edwardian double hung sash windows when all other contractors we had look at them refused to touch them as they were so badly decayed. Brooke said "absolutely we can repair these". Not only did she repair them but removed concrete that had been used believe it or not as filler and did it all at less that half the price of new windows including new glass and window hardware. Brooke, thanks again for you incredible customer service, standards of work and professionalism. Looking forward to engaging you again soon... PS I forgot to mention Brooke also hand etched and routed new V notch boards for the front of our house as the original ones that we had did not exist with any of the traditional suppliers.
