After researching several contractors and obtaining prices from them, we selected Floor Solutions for an extensive remodel of our kitchen. The process of planning the remodel, selecting new floor, counter tops, accessories and design of a combined work island and eating area was made surprisingly simple by the professionalism and knowledge from all at Floor Solutions. Once approved, they gave us a timeline which was very acceptable and to which they adhered throughout the process of the remodel. Despite a glitch with one material supplier, our team reworked the order of work to ensure that the promised completion was on time. All people involved with the project were friendly and helpful at all time. One family member has severe respiratory problems and every one from the boss down was aware of this and ensured that no air pollution or dust was allowed to affect the rest of the house. We cannot praise this company enough. What would usually be a major disruption and inconvenience they turned into an almost enjoyable experience. Communication was first class at all stages of the contract. Floor Solutions came in on time, and on budget. Great! I can't wait until we get to the next project.

Eric and Sylvie were easy, friendly and suggestive to work with. Floor Solutions did my floor, bathroom and fireplace. The work was timely and excellent. The selection for both floor tile and the fireplace was vast. They patiently worked with me on several occasions until I was satisfied. The work was professional and done in a timely manner. I am happy and will use them again. They have already be back a few times to continue my updating.

We were looking to do a bathroom remodel and didn't really know where to start. I happened to drive by Floor Solutions and decided to stop in. I met with Sylvie and she was extremely helpful and professional. She gave me ideas and helped me get started with planning our new master bath. She and her husband Eric came to our home, talked to us in depth about what we wanted to do and gave us an estimate. We were so pleased with their service and expertise that we decided to go with them that very same day. They were on time with everything and communicated every day what time they would be coming and what would be done. They went above and beyond in overcoming some obstacles yet still keeping us within our budget. The end result was a beautiful remodeled master bath. We also ended up using them to re-carpet all of our bathrooms and couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Eric and Sylvie. They are wonderful people!

We used Floor Solutions LA for a complete remodel of our kitchen a few years ago. The workmanship was outstanding and the quality of products Floor Solutions LA recommends is top drawer. We were so please with the quality of workmanship that last fall we hired Floor Solutions LA again to entirely gut and remodel, update our Master Bath, which included custom features in the stall shower and a well engineered and installed barn door. Silvie is terrific at assisting with tile for flooring and countertops/backsplash as well as for showers, while Eric is remarkable at figuring how to solve problems, to code, keeping the job on a reasonable timetable and making certain the client is 100% satisfied. Eric's team of sub-contractors have worked with him for many years and they know, believe me they know, his expectations for high quality . . . no if's, and's or but's!

Eric has done new flooring for my wife's office and for our home. All I can say is I wish we had found Floor Solutions years ago. This time the jobs were done well, on time and done right the first time. Eric's work is meticulous and the craftsmanship of the highest quality.
