After receiving recommendations from two of my colleagues I hired Erin to do a staging consultation for a client who was preparing her Victorian home for sale. My client loved Erin’s suggestions and we found her staging fees reasonable in comparison to other staging companies. After the consultation my client hired Erin and followed her advice, focusing on the most important updates like painting, repairs & light fixtures. Erin worked with us on every aspect of the transformation and when staging the house she used colours that made the house feel warm and cozy. Everyone was thrilled with the end results and my client’s the house sold in one week at 125% over asking. I hired Erin to me plan a major renovation for a condo I bought in downtown Toronto. She initially came in to help with the overall design of the renovation but she ended up doing so much more. Erin was great throughout the entire renovation project. From the beginning stages of concept and design, through the construction period, and finally through the post-completion process where she worked diligently with one of our big-box store suppliers to negotiate compensation for errors that had been made during the renovation.
