Chris and his crew completed an architecturally challenging remodel of our patio between the house and casita. Te results were amazing and included installing 16 skylights each at a different level to expand our view of the mountains. The results were amazing. It greatly improved our view of the pool and mountains and provides us with a great entertainment area. Impressive detail and quality workmanship. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Chris and crew were a delight to work with. We had a small leak a year later and they were there immediately to fix it. In my experience, it is rare to have a remodel project go so well. Thank you Chris!

Hello, my name is John Mello I'm a resident of Palm Desert, CA. On Dec. 3,2020 Chris Evanko's Remodel finished construction work on my garage. I would like to mention the fine quality of work that was done. The workman were experienced and did fine work, at the end of the workday the area was clean. We hired Evanko's Paninting & Remodel for a kitchen remodel and 2 years later for a bathroom remodel. Both projects came in on budget and on time. We also have Evanko's work on any electrical emergency. They show up on time and their charges are reasonable. We highly recommend Evanko's Painting and Remodeling. They are good!

Evanko's Painting and Remodel is the best in the Coachella Valley! The entire team is very professional and did a wonderful job on our master bedroom and bath ceiling. They replaced a very ordinary standard issue ceiling with a finish that is really beautiful. We have received many compliments. Their craftsmanship is second to none. Evanko's team has also done painting for us, and again, we are very pleased with the quality of work. Last, but not least, the work was done on schedule and within the estimated project time.

Evankos Painting and Remodeling painted the interior of our home, contracted for stack stone on the exterior, completed various electrical and plumbing projects and installed baseboards throughout the house. We were very happy and satisfied with everything they did. We believe they are a skilled and competent firm that does very high quality work. The company offers creative consulting to help the homeowner make informed decisions on design ideas that help you realize your remodeling goals. We had Evankos do plumbing and electrical work to replace outdated systems. They quickly and professionally completed the jobs. They had excellent follow-up and were quick to resolve any of our concerns. Evankos costs are fair and he is always on budget. This company always left our home neat and clean every evening and they regularly inspect sub-contractors work to make sure all work was first class.

Chris Evanko just completed a virtually total renovation of our condo in Rancho Mirage. He did a fantastic job and the quality of the work was excellent. As well as the interior work Chris also did exterior work in our backyard and our courtyard including new and more efficient watering systems. For personal reasons we could not be here during the project. This meant that ,as well as other things, Chris had to deal with the delivery & installation of all the new appliances. Chris kept us well informed throughout the project via emails , pictures and phone calls when necessary so there were no surprises when we saw the finished project. The recommendations that Chris made throughout the project were all well thought out & beneficial. We would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to hire a general contractor.

We hired Evanko Remodeling to do two home remodels for us. One was our second home and the other our primary. Both were well over $100,000.00 closer to 200,000 each but big projects. What I can say most is that they do nice work. Our primary house included moving some walls and enlarging our kitchen. The kitchen looks fabulous. It also included a bath remodel and all new porcelain tile floors. It took about three months and we lived out of house during that time. Our secondary home included gutting the entire home. Again we were pleased with work. It was a total update with also a new kitchen, hardwood floors etc. that remodel took about 8 months and was over 1800 square feet. Mr Evanko makes good recommendations and also had a home designer to assist when we needed it.
