As a designer I was so excited to find this source for custom mirrors. The mirror arrived to my receiver on a Friday afternoon at 4 pm. The receiver opens items in chronological order from receipt of goods. When they opened they found it was packed very well but completely cracked down the middle. After doing research, they found the carrier actually said it was delivered weeks prior- so it likely was damaged when being loaded back and forth onto trucks by the carrier. Evervue refused to help because we did not file a claim....within 24 hours. 24 hours! I did get a discount on a replacement, but the first order was already more than the original quote which they would not honor(and it was their mistake) and I am out money for the project. I will not work with them again, despite the great product.

I have my 40" Mirrorvue Mirror TV for a long time. Every time we have guests, we get compliments from our mirror tv. I could say that Evervue has really good products.

I recommend their products. A couple of months ago, I was so hesitant if I will buy this ocea bathroom tv in 40 inches but then I took the chance because I madly want to have one for my house in LA. The tv arrived one week late but at least it came in a clean and good package. Installation also took for hours but it's fine. Overall, I'm happy with the tv and will show a photo when I come back in LA.

Had technical issues with 60" Cinema Smart TV that I ordered. However there were missing components but they reshipped it and I finally got it today.

Placed my Spectrum Display TV in the guest room. Love the quality of display and it does match perfectly to the interiors. I didn't had a long time installing it too, pretty quick and easy.

I'm very impressed with my Spectrum Smart TV. The picture quality was really good. Blends well with wall frames and my guests are always shocked whenever I turn on my TV.

Update 8/19/18 - This past week I was able to speak to Jackie at Evervue. The missing component was finally shipped and arrived. I shared my issues with her and she promised to make things right and did. I'm going to change my rating, based upon my interaction with Jackie. Jackie gets 5 stars. I purchased a 75" Cosmos Outdoor TV that was delivered on July 31st. I happened to be out-of-the country on business at the time. The delivery was missing the power supply. I have spent the past 5-days attempting to locate the missing component from the shipping company and get a replacement sent from Evervue. While the shipper has been very professional in trying to locate the missing package - they have not as of this date. Evervue has been a completely different and negative experience. They have a hotline to call. However, it is not answered - ever. You are directed to email Evervue Support. I've done so multiple times and to sum things up to this point - they keep directing me to contact the shipping company to find the package (this has been done). They will not speak with you over the phone or provide a phone number to anyone else in the company to speak with either.

I own a Cosmos outdoor TV from this brand and Im very satisfied with the product. Now im looking at purchasing a Cinema TV for my home cinema project soon. Will keep you posted how it goes.

Customer service is very helpful. Replies are fast even though I have a lot of questions. Product has a great quality. Will definitely recommend this brand!

Loved Cosmos outdoor TV! The best outdoor TV. I've tried different outdoor TV brands but they didn't match with Cosmos. Cosmos has $K resolution which i love the most. Definitely worth an investment.

We purchased the product back in May, after finding them online. The purchase and contractor set up went well, however it went quickly downhill after receiving a faulty product. It has taken until now, to finally get the simple solution we required. After months of trying to communicate with technical support we finally have the issue close to resolved and a replacement in our possession, due to the help of a great customer service representative. Our customer is finally content, and we are able to close out the project. It is a nice product, now that we have a functional product. Technical service is difficult to say the least.
