Fairless did a fantastic job with our new addition. Everyone that from the electricians to the dry wallers were very good and very considerate when working in the house. The workmanship was seamless and top quality. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the near future.

We live in Georgia and bought a home in Sun City Anthem, requiring a complete long distance renovation, inside and out. We interviewed a number of contractors and Fairless was the only one we had confidence in for an extensive scope of work. They did not disappoint. I have always dreamed of designing my own kitchen. In early 2022, we ask Fairless to quote a kitchen remodel. RJ brought his kitchen designer to our home and my husband and I showed them all of our irritants with the space. Each and everyone of our complaints with the space were addressed and the results are absolutely spectacular. Our complete kitchen remodel and installation of a four panel sliding door by Fairless Homes was outstanding. All workers were very professional. Work was done in a timely manner and we would recommend this company for your projects. We had carpeting removed and flooring installed, a barn door added as well as interior painting. We replaced two toilets and three bathroom faucets.

Our home was being built during covid so with that said it was a long journey to the end. We had our share of ups and downs. It did take longer than expected. Fairless Homes were professional at all times. Cindy was always courteous and helpful over the phone. If she wasn't able to give us an answer at the moment she always got back to us very quickly. There project manager Fernado and his side kick Nelson were very patient with all of our questions. They helped us understand all of the different steps we had to take with every permit we needed in order to continue with the build of our Casita. We had multiple large and small projects with Fairless. They built a magnificent patio cover that impressed all the neighbors, and also did smaller projects like building a separate BBQ area, creating a door & pet door from the main house. Throughout all this, communication was clear and the work progressed seamlessly. Owner Mr. Fairless also periodically stopped by to make sure that things are going in the right direction. Two invaluable people working for this company are Fernando, who is the foreperson out at the project sites (so awesome at what he does), and Cyndi at the front desk handling all administrative duties meticulously. We are very glad with Fairless Homes LLC and will use them again for any projects that we need.

Fairless did everything that they said they would do, in the time frame agreed upon. You can't ask for more. We are very satisfied with our master bathroom remodel and will not hesitate to use them for future remodel projects. We were consulted every step of the way. Fairless Homes LLC was the BEST Company I have ever worked with, I am 72 !!! There quote was reasonable, workmanship was above normal and the overall timing of the project came in under the estimated timetable. The Supervisor Fernando and his apprentice Nelson were very courteous, professional, conscientious and had the best tradesmen working on our project. I have seen other work Fairless has done in the Neighborhood so I was comfortable not even getting a second quote. To say the least we were VERY HAPPY!

Renovation was recently completed on my Clark model Solera home, transforming the covered patio into a bright, cheerful office area in which to work or just hang out. The completed construction not only literally brought the outdoors in but also introduced a 2020’s look and feel to my living space. Best of all, my small, spare room no longer multi- purposes as bedroom and home office but solely serves visiting guests. I love my new office and I highly recommend Fairless Homes, LLC for any construction project you might have. I found their quality workmanship to be that of skilled craftsmen; masters in construction. I feel the job was well-explained and very well-orchestrated, start to finish, using what seemed to me to be a highly- formulated, time developed process. The job was overseen, inspected and accomplished within what seemed a reasonable timeframe. In my experience, crew members, many of them bi-lingual, arrived prepared to work and got right to it, always in a neat and orderly fashion. I noticed how well they worked together, for example, often seemingly reading each other’s minds, knowing exactly when and where to hold some material in place or what tool might be needed next. They were pleasant, polite, respectful, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Whenever anyone asks me if I can suggest an experienced contractor, I am pleased to recommended Fairless Homes.

Fairless Homes constructed a 504 SF addition and bathroom remodeling to my existing residence. This work included all plans and required permits from the City. They did an excellent job in a very professional manner. The work was high quality and done on schedule.. They did a great job of coordinating all subcontractors on the job. I was very satisfied with the project outcome and the performance of Fairless!

We are absolutely thrilled with the work that Fairless completed in our house. We had a total kitchen and floor remodel and we have a fabulous new home. Update August 14, 2018, Our Kitchen Remodel: Fairless Homes just finished remodeling our kitchen. It turned out beautiful. We are so happy with the quality of their work and the Fairless team. RJ, Donna, and Fernando are 3 of the nicest people we have met. Their attention to details really reduced our stress of remodeling. We felt the price we paid was very reasonable for the quality of work we received. They not only stuck to the budget, they ended up saving us money on a few items. They are truly a company that will do what's i the best interest of the client. The kitchen was completed when promised which we really appreciated after living without a sink We are so happy with the job Fairless Homes did that we have now contracted for them to remodel our master bathroom and replace all our tile flooring throughout our home. Our first project with Fairless Homes LLC last year was a guest bathroom remodel: We have remodeled several times in the past and have used many companies but Fairless Homes is by far the best we have ever had the good fortune of using. Fairless Homes remodeled our guest bathroom and it turned out beautiful. RJ and Donna's attention to details were amazing. I always felt that they cared about the project as much as my husband and I did. RJ and Donna's design ideas really made our choices easier. The quality of their work was outstanding. The project was removing a door and wall in the guest bathroom and installing a pocket door. They made suggestions that greatly improved the project. All of the workers were professional and were respectful of our house. They always told us what they were doing and when they would be working. They completed the project on time and on budget. Fairless Homes completed three projects involving our home. First, they enlarged the rear of our great room by 340 sq. feet. Second they enlarged our rear cement patio and constructed a solid cover on one side and reconnected the pergula on the other side. And third they constructed a beautiful 25’ x 15’ casita including a full tile bath, closet and mini corner kitchen complete with upper and lower cabinets, small fridge, microwave and bar sink. We are so very happy with the job that Fairless did for us. We added space to our casita and changed the interior of it. They added a bedroom, area for a living room and a small kitchenette. Every subcontractor and employee that worked on the casita was a consummate professional. When working on each aspect of the construction, at days end, they cleaned up and took debris away. There was no mess left around. Each person was respectful and helpful. We were sent to several respected vendors to pick out cupboards, flooring, etc. We also could pick things out from Lowes and Home Depot. The casita looks beautiful! The Fairless people returned after the job was done to correct anything they felt was not perfect. We are delighted with the results and proud that my 92 year old mother has a beautiful place to call home. By the way, they finished on time in 2016!!!!!

We had an attached casita built by Fairless Homes with bathroom and kitchen areas. It is like a studio apartment. We and all our guests who stay there love it. R.J. When we moved to Henderson, NV, our agent told us the only contractor to use was Fairless Homes. When we decided to build a casita we asked five companies to bid the project. Fairless' bid was the highest but they were the most professional and spent the time to fully understand our wants and needs and created the designs and worked with our homeowners association. We were extremely pleased with the remodel project from Fairless Homes. We took a very small, awkwardly shaped master closet and merged it with a room next too it to create a wonderful walk in closet. In addition we had some carpeting replaced in another room. From the moment we met to discuss the plans to the final sign off on work, everyone at Fairless Homes was courteous, professional, timely and fair. My wife and I hired Fairless Homes for a demolition and renovation of both the inside and backyard of our home in Henderson, NV. The home was built in the late 1990s and, accordingly, was very dated in terms of layout and design. Total guest bathroom renovation. Main floor flooring totally redone with travertine and wood. Update kitchen island. We had a master bath and bedroom remodeled by Fairless Homes this spring. Donna of Fairless helped us select the various design details such as floor and wall tile, cabinet design, bedroom engineered wood floor, plumbing and electrical fixtures and paint color. The various crews doing the work were excellent at their jobs and friendly. We had a schedule constraint when we started and RJ from Fairless expedited the job, completing the remodel four seeks early. We really love the new bath and bedroom. Total kitchen remodel, enlarged the master bedroom closet, total redo of master bath replaced flooring and redo of laundry room to accommodate for wine fridge. Fairless has been wonderful! They were one of the more expensive quotes we got but the old advice of "You get what you pay for" really applies to them. They check their work personally and they have standards as high as our own! If something wasn't up to snuff it was redone until perfect. They were clean and thorough and their foreman is ahem!! This was particularly important as we are long distance clients and relied exclusively on them to get the job done as contracted.

Fairless Homes was able to turn our dream into a reality. We had a room expansion/renovation doubling the space in our living area. RJ and Donna were able to translate our explanation into a workable plan, taking the time to really understand what we wanted and using their knowledge to come up with a beautiful and structurally sound home. Other contractors were not able to present us with any plans comparable to the one Fairless designed. As far as price, Fairless was not the least expensive or the highest price. They stuck to the original estimate and our budget. We feel we got exactly what we paid for if not more! The work was started and completed in the exact time frame we were given, there were no hidden costs, and our home was left in spotless condition when the renovation was completed. All workers on the job site were helpful, polite and neat. We would recommend Fairless Homes to anyone.

We used Fairless Homes for our remodeling project; they carpeted the floor, put ceramic tiles down, new air conditioner and a door. They were very good as everybody said they were. They were wonderful. They kept us informed, we always knew what was going on, we knew what to expect the next day, they cleaned up. Everyday before they left, they cleaned everything up. They did what they promised to do. They were great. In addition, 6 months later, we had an issue with the flooring on the stair steps and they responded immediately and issue was resolved within that week.

375 square ft casita - including all electrical and plumbing required. From contract signing to completion of our casita building project, Fairless Homes LLC deserves an overall grade of an A. The owners and staff were responsive to our numbers requests and all the workers were very courteous and professional - especially our building supervisor, Fernando Chavez. After interviewing a few companies in the area, we decided to try Fairless. What a blessing this was! We have homes in Viera, Florida and in Henderson and travel back and forth throughout the year, so when we needed to do construction, they were the perfect company! We negotiated a fair price and I asked them if they could complete some construction with us not in Nevada but in Florida with them updating us daily with different forms of communication. We sat down and explained what we wanted and asked for their professional input. They said they needed measurements and some time with the architect to get the best ideas put on paper. They created an extension to our house that turned our home into just what we imagined...a large free-flowing living area with great mountain views. Their crews were so courteous and professional. Fairless Homes was wonderful to work with! This was a long distance complete remodel (we currently live in Connecticut) and it could not have gone smoother.
