Feature Fireplaces Harrogate

This is my fourth fire and surround from Harrogate fireplaces , having moved house . Wonderful service and attention to detail. Fires look amazing, would definitely recommend.

The team at Feature Fireplaces were amazing. Great service from start to finish. Nick was very helpful, offered advice & suggestions on what would work best. The fitters arrived on the day, protected the furniture and carpets. Very tidy job. My Stovax 5 Wide looks amazing, can’t wait to try it out. Roll on Winter!

Our stove and fire place have had a total make over from feature fireplaces they did a fantastic job, very reliable, helpful and professional. They gave us ideas and suggestions of what would look best for the fire place we are very happy with it and would definitely recommend them .

Highly recommend Feature Fireplaces, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, with a great selection of product. I chose a free standing gas fire, which was recommended by Nick, who came and fitted it, and did a great job - I'm really happy with it , it looks great and works perfectly. I have used other fire / stove companies previously but there is no comparison.

Feature fireplaces gave me practical and good advice at point of purchase, followed by an easy installation process which entailed removing an open fireplace and mantelpiece before installing a multi-fuel stove, mantel and riven slate hearth. The installation team worked solidly and completed in one day, fuelled by lots of tea and coffee. At the end of the day they left my living room tidy and took all the debris away. I am absolutely delighted with my new fireplace and highly recommend Feature Fireplaces.

Nick has fitted new fires for me twice now. The first time he lined the chimney and put a gas inset into the fireplace in my flat. All went very smoothly and was done and all tidied up in the space of a morning. Then when we moved we asked Nick to line our chimney, put in a stove and find a replacement fire surround for us. My partner had had quotes initially from elsewhere, but we were much happier with Nick’s approach as he was much more creative and keen to accommodate what we wanted, rather than try to push to sell us something we didn’t want. We had to wait a few weeks for the work to be done, but the wait was totally worth it and the fireplace looks gorgeous. The work took a day and a half, but it was carried out cleanly and efficiently by friendly people who are clearly proud of what they do and they have every right to be.

I bought and had installed a cream enamel stove, tiles and hearth, the hearth was constructed at Feature fireplace company. I’m extremely happy with what was done and would highly recommend them
