I highly recommend working with F&A Construction, James and the entire team! My husband and I are very pleased with the work of F&A Construction. As first time home homeowners on a house that was built 100 years ago, we knew there was a lot of work that needed to be done. James had a plan for every phase of our primary bathroom remodel. There was frequent communication throughout the entire project. Given how unprecedented today's supply chains are, James was on top of ensuring at every step of the process we would have exactly what we needed for the remodel. When specific pieces experienced delays, he had immediate solutions and recommendations of equal or better quality products in our remodel. I am someone that likes to have a full project overview and understand what is being worked on throughout the project. James was extremely accommodating to my needs as a customer. He made it easy for my husband and I to select all of the furnishings and think creatively to build more storage and space options in the bathroom. He truly helped us maximize the space and now we can proudly say our bathroom is our favorite room in our house. I have already hired F&A Construction for other projects and will continue to use them for all of my general contracting needs. 10/10 highly recommend!!!!!

F&A completely renovated my kitchen top to bottom, taking it from dated and old to modern, stylish and dinner party worthy. I absolutely love the work they did and can’t wait to turn my basement into a theater!

Initially went well. They were easy to work and got started on the project fairly quickly. Toward the middle/end of project after paying majority of the funds, the work got sloppy and the timing was delayed. Communication was not clear. The work started to lack detail. I personally am very disappointed with the company. At this time, I would not recommend this company. The project to date is not completed and sadly with no resolve after paying so much money! I would say this company did not deliver as promised and ended the relationship with me unprofessionally leaving my family and I to manage the rest on our own. Be careful if you plan to use them.

Let's remember, when other services are added to a job during the initial job, "Delays" or more time is needed to complete said job. Here at F&A we give all clients a projected service time for initial jobs, we also give a re-adjusted projection for Newley added services so clients are always in the know and can schedule accordingly. Also when a client takes a vacation in the middle of their house being serviced, that can also offer an even bigger time obstacle. When I sell flip my properties all the new buyers want to know who did the work. The cost of my rehabs is in the range of $20,000 to $150,000 and F & A has tackled them all.

James did great work overseeing a partial remodel of our church. The project included painting, replacement of flooring and some design changes. Everything turned out great and made a big improvement to the look and feel of the facility.
