Dave Mills: Man of Integrity / Experienced / Honest / Hard-worker / Man of his word / Ingenious / Helpful / Kind. Dave came to our rescue in the summer of 2019, replacing our studio flooring. The floor had been so badly water damaged from underneath, it was a hazard to walk on. Not only did he ingeniously and thoroughly replace that floor, subfloor and insulation, Dave added water resistant materials underneath all the flooring to prevent its occurrence again. THEN he reinstalled the carpet and underlay. Its been over 2y and no mildew or dampness to be found! Thank you Dave! Then just last month, Dave was willing to take on the task of our hazardous leaning fencepost, that separates our yard from our neighbors'. It may seem like a small job to some, but it was very important to us, being that our neighbors have small children who could be injured were it to fall. Dave once again came through and amazed us with his ingenuity: efficiently replacing the fencepost without taking down surrounding fence itself! Not only that, he replaced several weather-damaged cross pieces and solidly replaced a few missing fence caps. If that weren't enough...he offered to haul away an aging wooden structure and aided us in getting our "whole-house" exhaust fan running again. In these days of rushed and hard-to-find quality and knowledgeable help, Dave's character and can-do spirit shines in comparison to his peers. Dave has done several projects for us and we were very pleased with his work. He arrives on time and completes the job for a reasonable price. He is very kind, patient and knowledgable about the best way to get the job done.

Dave is meticulous at what he does and has been in the home repair industry a very long. He has good solutions for challenges that come up and the skills to execute. I have referred him numerous times and will continue to do so.

Dave is always the first person we think of when ever we need help on a project. He is capable, diligent and well expierenced. Additionally, he is reasonable and really easy to get along with. He never wastes time, always cleans up and knows what he is good at. If you need a well oiled craftsman, Daves your man. The last job Dave did for us was lifechanging. He lightened and brightened our home by adding drywall where we had dark wood, sealed off a door as though it had never been there and just brightened our day every time he walked in. We are fans.. over the last 20 years, Dave has done too many jobs to count.

Craig is first rate! He works very tough and gets his "to do" list done speedy and effectively. He has such a lot of years of revel in and knows the way to do quite plenty the whole thing/some thing. He indicates up on time and leaves matters in better circumstance than when he arrived. this is no longer common in his discipline. I admire the hard work Craig does and that i call him every time i've house initiatives I need carried out. thank you Craig for being so first rate!

Dave remodeled two bathrooms in our home, One primarily cosmetic and the other a powder room that we transformed into a full bath. He needed to remove a heavy old cast-iron tub ( amazingly, he did this by himself) and totally demolished the existing bathroom. He then put in new tile, showerheads, toilet, vanities, medicine cabinets, etc. He did a great job on both bathrooms and if we had concerns about how something looked, he had it redone with no complaints. Dave is trustworthy and fair and we will continue to use him to do future work around our house.

As I write this I am about to call Dave for another project. We have used Dave for everything from small fixes to large remodeling work starting in 2004. Dave is courteous, prompt, reasonable in his pricing, and delivers great work. And more importantly he's just a super nice guy. Dave's work on our home ranges from small patch jobs to removal of old popcorn ceilings to full drywall installation and finish for a major remodel. He has never done anything but fantastic work for us!

My wife and I bought a little place that was in rough shape. The interior of the house was pretty well trashed, and while my wife and I started on it ourselves, we quickly realized we could not do it alone. Dave and his team came in and did a great job working with us to not only make the house clean, comfortable and very livable, but to give it a much needed modernizing facelift. They especially did a great job refurbishing the interior doors and trim. The time it took them and the cost to my wife and I was very reasonable. Couldn't be happier.

Dave Mills and his team at C & D Remodeling gave my kitchen the make over it needed! He turned my ugly, old, laminate countertops into a functional work of art by adding a granite textured concrete overlay. He did it by brushing on (2) layers of lighweight concrete, then accented it with a color pattern to resemble natural granite. He then finished up by adding a two part crystal clear (food grade) rock hard epoxy to seal it all in. There was no need to rip out my countertops and install heavy / expensive granite when I could have the look and feel for a fraction of the price. Dave and his team delivered just as they promised, on time and affordable.
