Finding Earl Trusty at Ferrufino Interiors was a GODSEND! There are a LOT of people in the interior design and furniture business and you never know who to trust. Everyone CLAIMS to be an expert. However, not only is "trust" a part of Earl's name but it is a guiding principle by which he runs his business. Earl and his entire staff at Ferrufino Interiors went WA above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. While most companies dial down their service once you pay them, Earl and his team actually upped their game! I felt listened to, understood and appreciated throughout the process. Earl has an endless amount of creative ideas and solutions to offer his customers. I wish I could have implemented everything he suggested! It was all great. What really surprised me was when he suggested that I could complete part of the project less expensively by going SOMEWHERE ELSE! Yes, he actually suggested going to another vendor to save me money! I've never worked with anyone like Earl before. He is truly a CLASS ACT! I found Mr. Trusty thru Houzz. Thanks. I found a very old sectional sofa that is perfect for my small space. It was a mess. The springs were sagging but the sofa is quality. Ferrufino rebuilt my sofa and upholstered it to perfection. It took much less time than I thought. This process is one with anxiety. I was put at ease at Ferrufino.

Wow. Well the things this business has done for homes across the west part of Los Angeles has been close to impossible, nevertheless AMAZING! I have requested to have products custom made in a short amount of time and they have come through for me so many times. Highly respectful business with great admiration for workmanship.
