Excellent work all the way through from the design to the finished porch addition. Stayed on budget and provided great insight to the design, especially with the use of Trex decking and lighting. We have received numerous positive comments from those who see the work from the water on Lake Wylie. From the management team to the construction team, very accommodating and customer focused. We have a second project and will insure the Fineline team is involved from the beginning.

The team transformed our basement and it's become a favorite spot in our home. They were easy to work with, tackled unexpected surprises with ease, and always treated the project like it was their home. Would not work with anyone else for major renovation projects!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with FINELINE CONSTRUCTION and their team. We added a screen porch with fireplace and an outdoor patio and grilling area and we could not be more pleased with the finished product or the process. Mitch helped explain the Porch/Deck project in terms of our architectural drawings. His on site manager, Trevor, was always responsive and provided solutions when we did not understand the process. Mitch was patient with us and anticipated possible future issues recommending a solution that fit our plan. They worked with inspectors to complete the project correctly and reviewed our drawings for accuracy. They saw the quality we wanted in our architectural drawings and the result was a quality interpretation of those plans. The porch looks like it was there all along versus an addition.

Fineline Construction and managed an outdoor porch and roof extension as well as outdoor patio, kitchen and firepit for us. They were very easy to work with and listened to our needs. We couldn't be happier with the finished product!

I recently had my basement in the Fort Mill, SC / Charlotte, NC area finished by Fineline Construction and I was very pleased with the finished product. I worked in and around the construction business for 14 years and heard many nightmare stories about contractors and projects, but I am pleased to say Fineline was great! They weren't the cheapest quote I received, but I've learned that's often not the way to go. They also were no where near the most expensive quote I received. They did good quality work. The communication was great. They were polite, courteous, accommodating, and did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. One thing that was pretty unique is how they handled the waste during the job. Rather than having a dumpster in the driveway for a couple months (as many of my neighbors have), they built a trash "bin" that sat around back of the house and emptied it as they moved through the project. The project manager and sub-contractors were great and the owner personally came out after every phase was complete and inspected the work. He even pointed things out that I would have never seen, gave me some options and allowed me to decide how I wanted to proceed. When all was said and done, I actually came in almost 10% under what they originally quoted! I will absolutely use Fineline on any project in the future. A few pictures are attached. Josh was a wonderful project manager who always kept us in the know. There was never any questioning when someone might show up or if we were still on schedule. The final product was exactly what we were looking for and ties into the house seamlessly.

I can't possibly recommend enough how great it was to work with Fineline Contruction We live in Cornelius / Lake Norman area just north of Charlotte, NC. We have lived in our house for 11 years and we have done 5 home improvement projects over those years: Kitchen/1st floor renovation New pool 2nd Floor addition for an extra bedroom/office Back porch addition Master Bath Renovation I mention these projects to show that I have worked with many contractors and construction companies (4 to be exact) on my home. I was satisfied with all of the other companies in the past, but Fineline is absolutely the very best for many reasons. Fineline Construction and Mitchell brought a vision, then detailed a plan/budget and then executed on the plan. The end result was exceptional! I have never finished a home project, not only before the deadline, but under budget too! Mitchell and his team renovated the entire exterior of our house, extended our garage along with performing a full renovation of our children's bathroom on the second floor. The scope of the project was larger than anything we have ever done before with our house. Fineline Construction handled ever aspect from beginning to end as promised. They always kept the worksite clean, their communication was awesome, and the materials they used were very high quality. Mitchell holds his team to a very high standard and they pay attention to every last detail. I seriously give Fineline Contruction the highest recommendation possible.

If I could give Fineline Construction 10 stars, I would do it without hesitation! We moved to the Charlotte area a year ago and bought a new home in Denver with an unfinished basement on Lake Norman. I got in touch with a few contractors, but after speaking to Mitch with Fineline Construction, I knew that was who I wanted to do the work. From our first conversation, he was respectful, courteous, honest, understanding, and listened to what I wanted. He got back to me in a very timely manner with an estimation and explained exactly how every step of the process was going to work. Every worker that helped with our basement was top notch, from Josh who looked over the entire process, to the plumbers, electricians, the handymen who framed the basement, did the drywall, shiplap, floors, etc. The finished project looks amazing, and we stayed on budget! They kept the entire work area clean while they worked and when the job was complete, they had a cleaning service come and clean the whole basement! I made a few changes along the way, and Fineline Construction was always accommodating to whatever I wanted. Everyone who comes to see it comments about how well done everything is. They paid such close attention to detail and never took shortcuts! If you live in the Charlotte area and have any type of remodel that you want done for your house, I would contact Fineline Construction immediately!

We recently had our Huntersville master bathroom remodeled by Fineline and we’re thrilled with the result! We hired Fineline in a design-build capacity. The original bathroom was constructed in 2008 and we wanted to keep the vanity, wall and floor tiles. Fineline told us that they could tie-in with existing and make it appear cohesive. Fineline removed the existing shower and jetted tub to install a large steam shower, linen cabinet, and make-up area. Fineline, their suppliers and subcontractors, helped us make well informed decisions about design aspects. The communication and coordination from the Fineline team was excellent. We found the Fineline team to be honest, clean, and considerate of working around our ever present pack of dogs. Fineline delivered the project on time, UNDER budget, and as agreed. We will definitely use Fineline again in the future and give them our strongest endorsement!

Renovated attic into guest bedroom and bath. Mitchell and his crew are very hardworking and dependable. They finished before scheduled deadline and on budget. It was a pleasant construction process. Highly recommend them!
