Clif'S Edge installed our quartz countertops and did a great job. They were professional and cleaned up after work. They did beautiful work.

This was my first remodel project and a somewhat complex one. Having been a Quality Manager, my expectations were very high. I couldn't have been in better hands than with Firenza Stone's Team! I wanted to enjoy the process of redesigning our Fireplace, Kitchen, Laundry room, Master and Spare Baths as much as living with the results. I can say without a doubt that the stonework done by the Firenza team was one of the most efficient processes in our complex remodel to complete! I wanted to break the traditional straight cabinet lines, jutting cabinets, dropping corners, while taking advantage of beautiful rust colored stranding in two completely different stones. Their professional team was VERY patient, listened to my wishes, enhanced our project via suggestions and solid recommendations, came up with designs that met our budget, hit EVERY promise date given and completely cleaned up before leaving! They carefully handled our petrified wood stone, laid out our bookend matched bathroom stones and surrounding stone for maximum effect in each and every room! I asked for help with a sunken, yet drained trough in front of our waterfall window, for my orchids so that the pots could not be seen... only the leaves, stems and flowers. They made that happen! They did everything they could to improve contractor delayed dates and actually salvaged a design error (unrelated to Firenza) within hours that could have been a very costly disaster. They walked us through every step of the process, communicated clearly and met EVERY expectation and then some. They really care and took pride in the results! I did NOT feel like "just another customer!" I would rate the ease and efficiency of working with their team, a TEN on a scale of 1 to 5! Perfectionists would be the best way to describe them! Mike was courteous and extremely responsive to inquiries and changes. Work was efficient and completed in a timely manner. Quartz counters fit perfectly. Price was competitive. Seams were placed in the least conspicuous locations. I am an extremely happy customer who is most willing to ‘show off’ their work.

From start to finish, this company is excellent. I had granite countertops installed in kitchen, two baths and buffet in dining room. Sales reps were great while picking out granite slabs and very knowledgeable. Mike, one of the owners, gave me his cell number and was always responsive to any questions I had and very helpful onsite with design questions and ideas. Installers showed up on time, very respectful of my home and floors and did a fabulous installation job. They use a 15-year sealant instead of one that needs to be redone every few years. I would highly recommend them for any type of work they do.

They were very professional and thorough. They did a great job on the installation and were extremely clean. When they finished the job it was as if they were never even there. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
