Floor Town Paramus

I used Floor Town to install carpeting throughout my entire condo (first and second floor). Exceptional service from the minute I stepped through the door. Michelle took the time to walk me through various questions I needed to consider before purchasing a carpet – questions I didn’t even know to ask. End result, was a solution that fit within my budget, and great product. Installation was just as easy. The team was fantastic, and was willing to work within a short timeline I had asked them. I received a call before they arrived, and after they were done for the day. Everything was always cleaned up and ready for the next day’s work. I highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs!!!

We first saw floor town in the community home show. We met Vic and he explained the many different types of flooring choices. Once we were ready to choose our floors we went into the Paramus store where we met with Vic and Dave. They were extreamly helpful and patient in showing and explaining the many different floor choices. They came to the house with the samples that we chose so we could see how they looked in the house. Once we made our choice which was the Downs h2o luxury planks in Zumbro. The floors only took about a week to arrive at the store and Installation was scheduled for the following week. The installation was quick and the installers did a great job. They had to match molding out my cabinets and it matches perfectly. The floors look great! They are extreamly easy to clean. Originally we were having a little trouble getting the Sheetrock dust off the floor. It seemed to mean each time we cleaned it but we stopped by the Paramus store and got a cleaner they have Resista floor cleaner which worked wonderfully. We just sprayed it on the floor and used the shark mop to clean. It cleaned the floors beautifully. The floors are very easy to take care of and look great. We are very happy with our floor choice and would recommend Floor Town to make your floor purchase.

We purchased the COREtec Plus HD engineered vinyl flooring in the Greystone Contempo Oak color from Michele at Floor Town in Paramus NJ. It is 100% waterproof, scratch resistant and has a wood grain embossing that provides a realistic wood floor appearance. We decided to have Floor Town install the flooring over our existing ceramic tile in our kitchen. The installers were polite, respectful of my home, professional, did a beautiful job, and cleaned up beautifully when they were through. This is a wonderful product and looks absolutely beautiful in our kitchen! My only issue was with the way they estimated the cost of the installation. The price of the install is based on the amount of flooring that you purchase, not the amount of flooring that is actually installed. So for example, if you have a 100 sf surface but need to buy 125 sf because of the amount of flooring that is available in each carton, the install price will be based on the full 125 sf, even though they will only install 100 sf. Other than that I was totally satisfied with the install and Michele (Our salesperson) who by the way is very knowledgeable, patient and professional! I would recommend Floor Town for any flooring needs!

I had a mahogany porch that hasn't been touched in at least 12 years so it needed a heavy duty sanding and varnish. Everything about these guys was professional and very well executed. They communicated regularly exactly when they'd be there and were on time and completed the work exactly as promised. It came out looking even better than I had originally hoped and would highly recommend Floor Town Paramus for whatever work you need done.

A runner was installed on my entry staircase. The associate was very knowledgeable and they came to install in a very timely manner. The cost was very competitive as I researched the same runner with other companies. We love the quality and comfort of the runner. Thank you Floortown! Wonderful experience working with Floor Town. I desperately needed stair runners on my front and rear staircase, to the point that I was afraid of having visitors in case they fell down the stairs. The sales staff were very knowledge and the installation process was efficient and quick. I love the end result and definitely use them for future projects.

He provided the professional team to repair my hardwood floor in the dining room and dustless sanding and refinishing on dining room, hallway, and two bedrooms. This was our 2nd major renovation project, so the research and expectations were quickly assessed on searching for firms to oversee the hardwood floor refinishing of our new home. We chose Floor Town, and they were the real deal. We dealt primarily with Michele, who responded promptly and courteously, and was a genuine pleasure to work with. It was imperative to get all work done before we moved into our new home - Floor Town leapt into action and kept their word, completing all work done on the date promised. Really impressive, beyond expectations, and high-quality work! Michele also gave us such great advice and insights on our floor that we ended up expanding the scope of work we wanted done after the house closing, to include replacement of the bedroom carpets. and were happy to do so. The owner Dave was great too, giving us recommendations on contractors for other non-floor work we wanted done. Floor Town was very accommodating with our schedule, and the complications from working around the needs of our new baby. Floor Town was a great experience, and I'd use them again without hesitation!

I am always impressed when the owner gets closely involved not only in closing sales but throughout the whole process of providing high quality service. Dave was courteous, responsive, professional and very knowledgeable about his craft. His workers and office staff were equally professional. They turned the shabby floors with outdated color into a modern looking wooden floors. They sought my input in picking the right shade of grey and delivered the floors looking like brand new! I would recommend Floor Town to anyone who is looking to sand and refinish their wooden floors. I have no doubt that you will be very pleased with the results.

Repeat customer with Floor Town. Had 90 year old oak floors refinished and they look great. The price was reasonable. The work included moving and replacing furniture, removing wall to wall carpeting, and some repairs to the old floors as well. A big job that went smoothly. Recommend highly.
