I hired Flow Property Services for the renovation of my 2-bedroom Victorian conversion flat in North London. They have been absolutely incredible to work with, and I can’t recommend them enough. They gave very good advice regarding my initial brief, including recommendations on areas where I should invest more to achieve the type of finish I was after. I was looking for a new build feel within a period property but still paying respect to some key original features. They installed new flooring, built an incredible bespoke bathroom, new cabinets in a bedroom and hallway, new stairs to multiple levels, a terrific mezzanine storage area, two loft spaces with retractable ladders opening up huge storage space, new plumbing and electrics throughout the flat and more. They also removed a chimney breast in the kitchen and master bedroom which made the spaces much more functional. Their attention to detail and pride in their work were terrific. The quality of their finishes (from carpentry to tiling to decoration) makes the flat feel like a 5-star boutique hotel. They were very organised and ran an incredibly tidy building site. They were good at communication, fast to solve the minor issues that arised and fair in their pricing. Above all of this, the team were very friendly and enjoyable to work with, and I felt like I could trust them which is so important in a major renovation project. I would certainly recommend their services to anyone who is looking to do a renovation.

I contacted Flow Property Services for a custom shop fitting work on a counter. Upon arriving they gave me a quote and also mentioned that my electrical work by a previous engineer was not the best solution and could even be dangerous! So from doing my custom counter top I also had Flow redo some of my electrics professionally and I couldn't be any more happier with the results. They are professional and have a great customer service. I'm thinking of hiring them again to do some extra lighting work and maybe add in some cabinets in the near future.
