Elite Garage Door Service Inc. was founded in October of 2004. We started as a sole proprietorship doing business as Elite Garage Door Service and in February of 2006 we incorporated in North Carolina under the same name. We are licensed and insured, locally owned and operated, are NOT a franchise and we do not use sub contractors. We are a drug free work place and all of our people undergo criminal background checks so you can rest easy about who we send to your home. Many companies of various trades use the word “Elite” in their name and unfortunately most do not live up to it. We, however, chose the name for a reason; it means the best of the best and we strive every day to live up to it. We treat every customer as if they’re the most important one because customer satisfaction is our top priority, without them we would be nothing.
