Dresser homes handled the complete reno of our new home. We could not be happier with Gary Dresser and his team. We have worked with other contractors before, and have never experienced this level of professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of construction. In addition to this; we found everyone on his team and their subcontractors to be friendly, timely, and a pleasure to work with. We would use Dresser homes again in a second if we have any further needs.

We have worked on many projects with Dresser Homes over the past 15 years. His vision and quality of work is exceptional and I would highly recommend him if you are considering a new home in Atlanta. Gary is honest and always professional.

I have worked with Dresser Homes on several projects over the years. Gary's skills and relationships in working with clients, architects, and vendors (such as myself), combined with Dave's drive, technical know-how and focus on schedules, along with an attention to detail shared by both, make Dresser Homes a pleasure to work for and with.

Gary and his team did an outstanding job on a total renovation of our 2000 square foot basement in Sherwood Forest. Our style is modern - which is very easy to mess up- and he was able to pull off a completely modern cutting edge style with an LED bar (Lighting Loft) and foil wrapped cabinetry (Brookwood Kitchens). We moved walls, put in support beams, added a bar, a laundry, 2 offices, a play room and a guest suite. It is top notch and the subcontractors he works with are neat and well mannered. Gary made it as luxurious as a home renovation can get. Quality drives his company and it shows throughout and in the finished product. Look no further.

Dresser Homes performed a large renovation in 2010 and we hired them again in 2011 for an addition. Both projects were completed on-time, within budget and we could not be happier. I would recommend Dresser Homes for any project, big or small.

Several years after purchasing our "tear down ranch" we decided to add a second story. We interviewed a few architects and several builders. After meeting with Gary Dresser we were completely sold on who should do our renovation. He and his staff are extremely professional and courteous. Never were we disappointed during the process. Gary and Dave along with the subs were always quick to respond to our needs. Their "do everything" guy James was always there to help. I have only been involved in building houses twice but I can assure you I would be hesitant to use anyone other than Dresser Homes should I do it again.

A talented builder! Beautiful design and attention to detail! Gary and his team have created some gorgeous homes in Atlanta, especially the Ansley Park area. I have had the pleasure of photographing many of his projects.

We worked closely with Gary Dresser as the architects for the "European Manor" Dresser Homes shows on Houzz built in 2012. Gary is extremely professional, organized, open, positive and motivated. We have worked with many residential General Contractors and were impressed by his work ethic as well as his unique ability to build and maintain relationships. In our opinion, successful projects are a result of a "three-legged stool" balance of communication and respect between client, builder and architect. For this reason, we at Stainback Hess Studio would gladly welcome the opportunity to work with Dresser Homes again in the future.

I hired this company because I am a professional kitchen and bath designer who had worked with Gary Dresser / Dresser Homes while a full time employee at a cabinet showroom. I have had lots of opportunities to work with builders and contractors, but when it came time to choose someone to gut and redo the 2 bathrooms in our 1930 bungalow, my husband and I selected Gary because he is a professional who knows his business, and has great employees and subs. Each bath was in turn demo'd (neatly) to the studs, and then quickly (about 2 1/2 weeks for each bath) put back together with all new fixtures, tile, cabinets, etc. Gary and I had discussed the project in advance, and agreed that I would have all materials selected and available prior to starting the work. As in any remodel there were "issues" which Gary and staff reacted to quickly, efficiently and calmly. When the plumbing fixtures I ordered where delivered with the shower systems missing and on back order, Gary found the same systems locally and had them delivered so the plumber was not held up. And the plumber actually helped us divert disaster and save money. He discovered our electric hot water heater was starting to rust, and managed to find a gas heater that would fit in our small, rather rustic unfinished basement, leading to substantially lower utility bills. The bathrooms turned out great. All I can say is thank you Gary and team for making them stylish and functional with minimal disruption to our lives while the work happened. I would definitely hire Gary again, and have already recommended him to others.

I have personally known Gary Dresser of Dresser Homes (and many of his staff) for almost 15 years and have hired them for 3 remodel projects. Because Gary is a CPA, he brings fiscal planning, responsibility and accountability to every project. Along with a high focus on customer service and excellent workmanship, these are skills I value and am willing to pay for. I think he is unique in his field.
