Engstrom Construction was founded with a mission to build unique, upscale custom homes with uncompromising beauty, exquisite detail, and the highest level of quality craftsmanship. Glenn Engstrom has been in the construction business for over 40 years. For the past fifteen years, he has been building custom homes for discerning clients who appreciate old-world craftsmanship, extraordinary attention to detail and a home that becomes a work of art. He comes from a long line of Swedish craftsmen. From an early age, his father taught him the technical skills of tool die and making and carpentry. At the age 23, Glenn founded what would become one of California’s most respected cabinetry manufacturing businesses. This endeavor earned him a spot on Inc. 500’s list in 1991 along with three nominations for Ernst and Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” award. Glenn’s involvement with the Young President’s Organization (YPO) provided him with a solid business education and the ability to network with the most dynamic companies in the world. In 1996, Glenn relocated to Palm Springs to capitalize on the Coachella Valley’s great growth potential. As Vice-President of one of the most respected custom builders, he established professional relationships with many noted architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors. Glenn’s extensive background in all of the critical building trades gives each of his clients the added confidence that all the details of every project will be executed to the highest level of excellence.
