G Little Construction

We worked with Laurabelle Ritter in selecting material for our new kitchen countertops. She is responsive and professional in providing advice and follow through in arranging for templating and installation of our beautiful granite.

I hired G. Little Construction to do demolition work (remove baseboards, a closet, and wall-to-wall carpets, and reinstall baseboards) and install hardwood floors in three bedrooms; they provided a sub contractor for the wood floor installation, electricians for any electrical work, They had their personnel perform smaller tasks for me as well that included removing backslash tiles in my kitchen . Both Bob Little and Trent McKnight were always courteous and coordinated well with me and the subcontractors (floors, electricians, and drywall repair). I look forward to hiring them again when I am ready to redo my living room fireplace and when I am ready to do my master bathroom.

We had our entire kitchen remodeled. The company was very respectful of us living withing the work area and covered and masked our furniture and items and cleaned up the jobsite every night. The work performed was exquisite, including the installed items, the cabinetry provided by the company and their choice of outstanding subcontractors. I have remodeled before and never had this good an experience. Our new kitchen is gorgeous.

Their reputation in our community and within the PNW is that of strong, professional, clean design, and wonderful service. We would highly recommend them to anyone whether it's for a new kitchen or their dream home.

Little Construction is an outstanding company with great client service. You cannot find a better builder in the area. This was a very complex project, took 5 years to build and their professional oversight was excellent.

Our home came in on budget and on time, both important to us. Everyone we worked with was professional and wanted us to be comfortable with what was happening on a daily basis thru the construction process. We love our new home and receive continued compliments on the quality of the workmanship.
